A backpack blower has a backpack with a load-bearing frame, a blower tube with a backpack-side tube section which is held on a rear side of the load-bearing frame, and a hand-side tube section which extends past a first side region of the load-bearing frame, a drive motor, an energy source for the drive motor, and an axial fan which is driven by the drive motor, has an axial fan axis, and is arranged in the backpack-side tube section of the blower tube. The backpack-side tube section of the blower tube runs with a main direction component in a backpack transverse direction of the load-bearing frame and has an axial blower tube end termination which projects laterally beyond a second side region of the load-bearing frame, which second side region faces away from the first side region, and/or is surrounded at least on a part of its circumference by a protective ring element which is connected to the load-bearing frame. The blower may be an electric leaf blower.

Backpack blower

A first actuating element acts on a blocking device for an operator-controlled element for controlling the drive motor. In an enabled position of the blocking device, the operator-controlled element is enabled to control the drive motor. In a blocking position the blocking device mechanically blocks any actuation of the operator-controlled element. The first element acts on the blocking device via a transfer unit. In an actuated position of a second actuating element, the transfer unit establishes an operative connection between the first element and the blocking device, such that the blocking device is in the enabled position in the actuated position of the first element and is in the blocking position in the non-actuated position of the first element. In the non-actuated position of the second actuating element, the transfer unit is ineffective so that the blocking device is in the blocking position regardless of the first element's position.

Handheld work apparatus

A handheld work apparatus has a motor unit comprising a drive motor. The drive motor drives a tool of the work apparatus, for example a saw chain. The apparatus has a grip unit with a handle that is vibrationally decoupled from the motor unit via an antivibration element. The antivibration element is connected to a first component of the grip unit via a holding device and a second component of the motor unit via a holding element. Arranged in the connection of the first component to the second component through the antivibration element is a predetermined breaking point formed in a third component that is replaceable independently of the first component and the second component. The strength of the connection of the first component to the second component through the antivibration element is lowest at this predetermined breaking point.

A hand-held work implement comprises a housing, at least one tool and a combustion engine for driving the tool. The combustion engine has a cylinder and has a piston which drives a crankshaft in rotation about an axis of rotation. The crankshaft drives a fan impeller. The work implement has a handle unit with a handle bar and has an engine unit, these being connected to one another via anti-vibration elements. The combustion engine has a transverse plane which encompasses the cylinder longitudinal axis and which runs parallel to the axis of rotation of the crankshaft. The transverse plane divides the work implement into a front region, in which a section of the tool that projects out of the housing is arranged, and a rear region. The fixing of the anti-vibration element to the cylinder is realized in the front region.

Hand-held work implement

A handheld work apparatus has at least one tool which is driven by a combustion engine. A portion of an intake channel of the combustion engine is formed by an elastic connecting piece which has a first section and a second section between which an expansion fold is arranged. The expansion fold has a first side wall and a second side wall arranged downstream of the first side wall. A peripheral wall, which extends in the region of the largest outside diameter (a) of the expansion fold, is arranged in flow direction between the first side wall and the second side wall. The connecting piece has a stop for the expansion fold which prevents a segment of the first side wall adjoining the peripheral wall from bearing against the second side wall.

A guide cart for a hand-held power tool with a driven tool has a pivot device that is pivotable between an open position and a fixation position. A fixation elements is provided that releasably secures the power tool on the guide cart. The fixation element is secured on the pivot device. The pivot device has at least one support for supporting a tool of the power tool in the fixation position of the pivot device. The guide cart has a holder for the power tool, wherein holder is provided with a base plate and has at least one lateral guide for the power tool. The pivot device is supported on the base plate. The pivot device and the baseplate together form a C-shaped frame.

A manually guided implement driven by an internal combustion engine having a carburetor that is actuated by a throttle lever arrangement, which includes a throttle lever that is mounted in the implement so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis, and also includes a transmission element that operatively connects the throttle lever with the carburetor. The transmission element is an essentially rigid connecting rod that is mounted on the throttle lever and on an actuating lever of the carburetor.

Manually operated implement driven by an internal combustion engine

A hand-guided working tool has an internal combustion engine having a crankshaft and a fan wheel driven by the crankshaft. An air cleaning device is provided for cleaning the combustion air for the internal combustion engine. The air cleaning device has a dirt chamber and a vacuum channel extending away from the dirt chamber and opening in the area of the fan wheel. A section of the vacuum channel is formed by a vacuum hose. The vacuum hose is arranged in a mounting area of a fastening element and comprises a mounting channel through which the fastening element is accessible.

Working tool

A manually operated implement such as a chainsaw, parting-off grinder or similar device is provided and has an internal combustion engine to drive a tool, an air cleaning unit and a tank housing. The tank housing is a cast part and a fuel tank is located in the tank housing. A simple, advantageous design of the tank housing is achieved when at least one housing part of the air cleaning unit is formed on the tank housing.

Manually operated tool

A manually operated implement, in particular a parting-off grinder or similar device is provided. The implement has a bracket which has a first end, which is fixed to the housing of the tool, and a second end to which is fixed a spindle which drives, for example, a metal cutting tool. The spindle is driven by a drive wheel via a belt drive. A bracket of high rigidity at low overall weight can be achieved if the bracket is designed as one piece and can be fixed to the housing in at least two positions.

A manually operated tool such as a parting-off grinder, chainsaw or similar device has a tank housing which contains a fuel tank. The tool has an air cleaning unit, the tank housing being connected to the clean air side of the air cleaning unit via a bleed device. A simple design in which leaks are avoided results if a reservoir wall of the tank housing and a housing wall of the air cleaning unit are positioned adjacent to one another and the bleed device comprises a bleed opening which passes through the reservoir wall and the housing wall.
