Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for remote interference detection. The method which may be performed by a first network node comprises determining a first subcarrier in a first resource of the first network node to transmit a reference signal for remote interference detection. The first subcarrier may be aligned with a second subcarrier in a second resource of a second network node. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises transmitting the reference signal on the first subcarrier, according to a first reference signal sequence mapped to the first resource. The first reference signal sequence may be aligned, in an overlapped part of the first resource and the second resource, with a second reference signal sequence mapped to the second resource.

Method and apparatus for remote interference detection

A method for repeating a Transport Block (TB) over multiple transmission occasions. The method includes exchanging specific signaling between a wireless device (e.g., a user equipment) and a network node (e.g., a base station) to repeat same or different redundancy versions of the TB in multiple non-overlapping transmission occasions (e.g., mini-slots) corresponding to multiple Transmission Configuration Indication (TCI) states and having different start positions. More specifically, the network node transmits a Time Domain Resource Allocation (TDRA) to indicate the multiple non-overlapping transmission occasions and the wireless device receives the TDRA indicating the multiple non-overlapping transmission occasions. Accordingly, the wireless device can receive repetition of the TB according to the TDRA. By indicating transmission occasions in the TDRA, it is possible to efficiently schedule multiple transmission occasions over the multiple TCI states, thus helping to improve efficiency, reliability, and coverage in a wireless communications network.

Method for repeating a transport block (TB) over multiple transmission/reception points (TRPs)

A method and apparatus are disclosed for rate matching. In one embodiment, a user equipment is configured to receive at least two physical downlink shared channels, PDSCHs; a first PDSCH of the at least two PDSCHs being associated with a first set of cell-specific reference signal, CRS, patterns and a second PDSCH of the at least two PDSCHs being associated with a second set of CRS patterns; and the at least two PDSCHs being rate matched around at least one of the first set of CRS patterns and the second set of CRS patterns. In another embodiment, a network node is configured to transmit the at least one PDSCH of at the least two PDSCHs; and the at least two PDSCHs being rate matched around at least one of the first set of CRS patterns and the second set of CRS patterns.

Rate matching for non-coherent joint-transmission with dynamic spectrum sharing

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for determining and indicating antenna ports in Downlink Control Information (DCI). In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication device comprises receiving a configuration comprising a Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) configuration and an antenna port field configuration for an antenna port field in a Downlink Control Information (DCI) format. The method further comprises receiving a DCI of the DCI format and determining a size of an antenna port field and a DMRS port table for interpreting a value comprised in the antenna port field based on the DMRS and antenna port field configurations, the determined DMRS port table being a subset of a master DMRS port table. The method further comprises determining a DMRS port(s) used for a corresponding physical channel based on the size of the antenna port field, the DMRS port table, and/or the value of the antenna port field.

Systems and methods for determining and indicating antenna ports with configurable antenna port field in DCI

A method for differentiating multiple Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) transmission schemes for transmission of data for an over-the-top (OTT) service. In a non-limiting example, the PDSCH transmission schemes include a spatial multiplexing transmission scheme, a frequency multiplexing transmission scheme, a slot-based time multiplexing transmission scheme, and a mini-slot-based time multiplexing transmission scheme. In examples discussed herein, a User Equipment (UE) can be configured to differentiate the PDSCH transmission schemes based on information indicated in Downlink Control Information (DCI) for scheduling a PDSCH transmission, information signaled to the UE via a higher layer configuration, and/or capability signaling indicated from the UE to a network. By differentiating the PDSCH transmission schemes, the UE can efficiently receive a data transmission(s) from multiple Transmission/Reception Points (TRPs) to obtain user data from the OTT service.

Method for differentiating multiple physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission schemes

Devices, systems, and methods described herein may improve aperiodic CSI-RS handling in mixed numerology environments. An exemplary method includes operations of receiving a downlink control information (DCI) message carried by a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on a second carrier, wherein the second carrier uses a second OFDM numerology, obtaining an aperiodic CSI-RS slot offset from the DCI message, determining a reference slot in the first numerology, determining the slot of the aperiodic CSI-RS based on the reference slot and the aperiodic CSI-RS slot offset, and receiving or transmitting the aperiodic CSI-RS in the determined slot.

A network node signals to a wireless communication device which precoders in a codebook are restricted from being used. The network node in this regard generates codebook subset restriction signaling that, for each of one or more groups of precoders, jointly restricts the precoders in the group by restricting a certain component (e.g., a certain beam precoder) that the precoders in the group have in common. This signaling may be for instance rank-agnostic signaling that jointly restricts the precoders in a group without regard to the precoders' transmission rank. Regardless, the network node sends the generated signaling to the wireless communication device.

In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device comprises receiving, from a network node, a semi-static indication of one or more first sets of NZP CSI-RS resources for channel measurement and a semi-static indication of one or more second sets of NZP CSI-RS resources for interference measurement. Systems and methods for multi-beam Channel State Information (CSI) reporting are provided. In some embodiments, a method of operation of a second node connected to a first node in a wireless communication network for reporting multi-beam CSI includes reporting a rank indicator and a beam count indicator in a first transmission to the first node. The method also includes reporting a cophasing indicator in a second transmission to the first node. The cophasing indicator identifies a selected entry of a codebook of cophasing coefficients where the number of bits in the cophasing indicator is identified by at least one of the beam count indicator and the rank indicator. In this way, feedback for both a rank indicator and a beam count indicator may be possible which may allow robust feedback and variably sized cophasing and beam index indicators.

The disclosure includes a host operating in a communication system to provide an over-the-top (OTT) service. The host includes processing circuitry configured to initiate transmission of user data to a network node in a cellular network to a user equipment (UE). The network node is configured to receive a CSI report for a downlink channel from a wireless device and transmit the user data from the host to the UE to provide the OTT service based on the CSI report.
