A device () is configured to supply a consumer, the position of which initially cannot be exactly determined but later can be substantially stationarily fixed, with energy from a stationary supplier. The device includes a movable carriage or slide () connected to an arm (). The arm () is movable between first and second positions () and includes at least one plug part () for connection to a consumer's energy supply line (). The plug part () is connected to the supplier with an energy supply line (). A cover part (), which is movable with the movement of the arm, is arranged on the arm (). In the arm's first position (), the cover part at least partially covers the plug part (), and in the arm's second position (), the cover part exposes the plug part () for connection to the consumer's energy supply line ().

Device for supplying a consumer

The invention relates to a device () for supplying a consumer, the position of which initially cannot be exactly determined but later can be substantially stationarily fixed, with energy from a stationary supplier. The device includes a movable carriage or slide () connected to an arm (). The arm () is movable between a first position () and a second position () and the arm () includes at least one plug part () for connection to an energy supply line () of the consumer. The plug part () is connected to the supplier by means of an energy supply line (). A cover part (), which is movable with the movement of the arm, is arranged on the arm (). In the first position () of the arm (), the cover part at least partially covers the plug part (), and in the second position () of the arm (), the cover part exposes the plug part () for connection to the energy supply line () of the consumer.

A cable carrier for accommodating and guiding cables, comprising parallel first link strands of opposing first links which are connected to each other by means of first cross stays, wherein outside at least one first link strand and parallel to this a second link strand of second links is arranged, which are opposite the first links of the adjacent first link strand and of which at least some are connected by way of second cross stays to the opposite first links, and wherein, between at least some of the opposing first and second links, rollers are arranged which project beyond the first and second links on at least one side of the cable carrier perpendicular to the first and second cross stays.
