A retractable handle arrangement may include a handle having a swing-arm moveable about a pivot axis and arranged to couple the handle to a support structure for movement between a stowed state and a deployed state. The swing arm may, in the deployed state, engage the support structure so as to substantially prevent lateral play of the handle.

Retractable handle arrangement

A retractable handle arrangement comprising a handle movable between stowed, deployed and operative states, and including first and second deployment means both of which are operable independently to move the handle from the stowed state to the deployed state. The first deployment mechanism is electrically actuated and the second deployment mechanism is manually actuated. The second deployment mechanism is a two-state latching mechanism, which may be a so-called 'push-push' mechanism, operable to deploy the handle when triggered by a small inward movement.

The present disclosure relates to a key () for operating a lock mechanism (L). The key () includes a shank (); and a blade () having a lock operating bit portion (). The blade () is movable relative to the shank () between an operative position and a non-operative position. The blade () is disposed alongside the shank () in said non-operative position. The present disclosure also relates to key () in combination with a key fob; and a kit comprising a key () and a lock mechanism (L).

Key for operating a lock mechanism and kit of parts

An interior door handle assembly for locking and releasing a door latch mechanism is connected to the door latch mechanism by a single push/pull operating cable. The latch mechanism has a release lever and a locking lever, the release lever and locking lever being pivotally mounted about axes which are parallel but spaced from one another. The push/pull cable is connected to the locking lever and the locking lever has a formation which, when the latching mechanism is in a latched but unlocked condition will extend into the path of the release lever so that upon movement of the release lever to release the latch mechanism, the formation will be engaged by the release lever to pull the cable. The formation is moved out of the path of the release lever when the locking lever is moved to lock the latch mechanism.
