A magnetic vibrator including a first magnetic portion and a second magnetic portion is disclosed. The first magnetic portion includes an inner plate, a first magnet and a second magnet. The inner plate is disposed between the first magnet and the second magnet. The second magnetic portion includes a coil and a wrapper. The coil is disposed around the first magnetic portion and wrapped in the wrapper. The wrapper has a gap corresponding to the inner plate. An interval is configured between the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion. When a current is occurred in the coil, the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion are actuated to move axially with respect to each other.

The present invention provides an illuminating device and heat-dissipating structure thereof. The heat-dissipating structure includes a plurality of heat-dissipating units stacked together. Each heat-dissipating unit includes a cone-like portion with an opening and a plurality of protrusions connected to the cone-like portion, wherein at least one of the protrusions of one heat-dissipating unit is coupled to that of the adjacent heat-dissipating unit to form one or more zonal planes for allowing a light source to be disposed thereon to constitute the illuminating device, and the openings of the heat-dissipating units are liked together to form an airflow passage.

A control method of the magnetic actuator system includes the following steps. A first initial orientation step is to move a magnetic actuator to a first position in accordance with a first position signal, and generate a first position sense signal by a position sensor. A second initial orientation step is to move the magnetic actuator to a second position in accordance with a second position signal, and generate a second position sense signal by the position sensor. An orientation step is to perform an interpolation in accordance with the above signals and a target position signal to obtain a target position sense signal. A moving step is to move the magnetic actuator to an actual position in accordance with the target position signal, and output an actual position sense signal by the position sensor. An adjustment step is to move the magnetic actuator to a target position in accordance with the target position sense signal and the actual position sense signal.

The control circuit, coupled to the electromagnetic switch, adjusts an on-off signal of the electromagnetic switch by a native frequency of the switching system, wherein the native frequency is obtained from an initial signal.

A magnetic actuator. The magnetic actuator comprises a first magnet, a second magnet, a first yoke, and a first coil. The second magnet is arranged axially with respect to the first magnet with repulsion therebetween. The first yoke is disposed between the first magnet and the second magnet, and the magnetic field lines produced by the first magnet and the second magnet extend from the first yoke. The first coil surrounds and corresponds to the first yoke. When a current is occurred in the first coil, the magnetic force generated between the first magnet and the second magnet will actuates the first coil to move axially with respect to the first and second magnets.

A magnetic actuator. A yoke comprises a first opening and a second opening, a frame, and a path. A first magnet is disposed in the first opening in the vicinity of the frame. A second magnet is disposed in the second opening in the vicinity of the frame. A coil comprises a wire surrounding the path. A light shield is connected to an end of the coil. When current passes through the coil, the coil moves along the path by magnetic induction between the first magnet and the second magnet such that the iris diaphragm is adjustable by the light shield.

A motor. The motor includes a stator, a rotor, a top magnetic structure, and a bottom magnetic structure. The stator is disposed in a frame. The rotor is also disposed in the frame, corresponding to the stator. The rotor comprises a shaft, extended axially from the rotor. The shaft does not contact the stator or the frame. The bottom magnetic structure is at the bottom of the frame. The top magnetic structure is on the top of the frame. The top and bottom magnetic structures are opposite to each other in an axial direction. Magnetic attraction generated between the first magnetic structure and the second magnetic structure attracts and positions the shaft therebetween such that the first magnetic structure, the second magnetic structure, and the shaft are coaxially aligned.

A deposition system and film thickness monitoring device thereof. The film thickness monitoring device for monitoring thickness of a thin film coated on an optical substrate includes a laser light source, a retro-reflector, and a light receiver. The laser light source and the retro-reflector are disposed on opposite sides of the optical substrate. First, a light beam is emitted by the laser light source and then passes through the thin film along a first path. Second, the light beam is reflected by the retro-reflector and then passes through the thin film again along a second path parallel to the first path. Third, the light beam is received by the light receiver.

A magnetic actuator. A yoke includes a first opening and a second opening, a frame, and a path. A first magnet is disposed in the first opening in the vicinity of the frame. A second magnet is disposed in the second opening in the vicinity of the frame. A coil comprises a wire surrounding the path. A light shield is connected to an end of the coil. A guiding element disposed outside the path is connected to an end of the coil. When current passes through the coil, the coil moves along the path by magnetic induction between the first magnet and the second magnet such that the iris diaphragm is adjustable by the light shield. When there is no current through the coil, dynamic force produced by the guiding element returns the light shield to its original position.

Magnetic actuators

A projection system and a light tunnel applied in the projection system. The light tunnel comprises a first reflector, a second reflector, a third reflector, a fourth reflector, a light entrance, and a light exit. A distance between the third and fourth reflectors gradually changes from the light entrance to the light exit. The distance between the third and fourth reflectors at the light entrance and the light exit is less than length of each of the first and second reflectors. Thus, the light tunnel can be easily held and applied to various projection systems using various light sources and image generation devices.

Light tunnel and projection system utilizing the same

A projection system. The projection system has a light source, a relay module, an optical path switching device and an optical path transfer device. The light source emits a light beam, and the relay module relays the light beam. The optical path switching device is used to receive and switch the light beam and has at least one active area. The optical path transfer device is disposed between the relay module and the optical path switching device directing the light beam toward the optical path switching device in a first angle, and the optical path transfer device has an incident surface tilted perpendicular to an incidence of the light beam.

Projection system and optical path transfer device thereof

A tunable laser source includes a gain chip, a collimating lens, a grating, a focusing lens and a wavelength selection device. The grating is positioned to be impinged by the collimated light to provide diffracted beams at different diffraction angles whose wavelengths disperse in accordance with the diffraction angles. Those diffracted beams are then brought to separate focal points on the wavelength selection device through the focusing lens. The wavelength selection device includes a light shield with a single slit formed thereon and a mirror. The single silt allows the mirror to reflect only one diffracted beam back to the gain chip so as to maintain the oscillation of the tunable laser source at the wavelength corresponding to the diffraction angle of the only one focused diffracted beam.
