A gear detection switch apparatus may include a detection unit into which a magnetization target is inserted at a front part thereof, the detection unit having a printed circuit board (PCB), a front housing having an open front end and into which the detection unit is inserted so that a frontal end of the PCB is exposed through the open front end, a rear housing connected to a rear side of the front housing, wherein a connection boundary between the front and rear housings is molded with a molding material, a Hall sensor device coupled to the exposed frontal end of the PCB, and a finishing closure molded over the open front end of the front housing.

Apparatus and method for controlling turn signal for electronic multifunction switch

A shift range switching device is provided for a vehicle. The device comprises a cover unit, a rotary unit, a control unit, and a body unit, wherein the rotary unit comprises a knob operation part exposed to the outside of the cover part, and a sensing part inserted in the knob operation part to be rotated by the knob operation part and to sense the rotation of the knob operation part. The control part comprises a parking button for shifting a transmission to a parking range, a display part for displaying the working range of the transmission and a sensor for sensing the rotation of the rotary unit. The body unit comprises a locking part coupled or decoupled from the sensing part to restrict the rotation of the rotary unit, and a cam into which one side of the sensing part is inserted to allow returning to the original position.

A vehicular transmission range switching device is provided which: a cover part with one side containing a display part for displaying the transmission range, a knob handling part inserted in the cover part so as to be arranged in a side of the display part, a rotary unit consisting of a shaft inserted in the lower side of the knob handling part, a moving block inserted in the upper side of the shaft, and a stopper inserted in the lower side of the shaft, that rotates along with the knob handling part, a gear part connected to the lower part of the rotary unit for turning the rotary unit to the parking range when shutting the vehicle off, a body part consisting of a locking part for limiting the turning of the rotary unit, and a sensing part for sensing the turning of the rotary unit and the gear part.

An apparatus for controlling a turn signal includes a turn signal switch configured to include at least one of operation modes of a lane change mode and a turn mode. A steering angle sensor is configured to detect a steering angle of a vehicle. A controller is configured to control the turn signal switch to turn on and off a turn signal lamp according to an operation mode and to turn off the turn signal lamp in at least one of a case in which the steering angle, which returns in a reverse direction to a course change direction detected by the steering angle sensor, reaches a preset angle and a case in which an operation time of the turn signal switch exceeds a preset time.
