Disclosed is a method of manufacturing carbonized fine cellulose, which enables the formation of carbonized nano-sized cellulose by subjecting cellulose to drying, carbonization, and pulverization by means of shock waves using ultrasonic waves and microbubbles, thus realizing mass producibility, making it possible to fabricate a carbonized nano-sized material having uniform quality, and reducing the manufacturing costs. The carbonized fine cellulose is in the form of a nano-sized uniform carbon powder, and can thus be utilized as a catalyst support in various forms, such as fuel cell electrodes, electrodes of energy storage devices such as supercapacitors or secondary batteries, catalyst supports for micro-nano hybrid reactors, etc.

The present invention relates to a ligand compound, an organic chromium compound, a catalyst system for ethylene oligomerization, a preparation method thereof, and an ethylene oligomerization method using the same. The catalyst system for ethylene oligomerization according to the present invention is used to prepare a low-density polyethylene in one reactor by using a small amount of comonomers such as alpha-olefin or by using only ethylene without comonomers, because it maintains high catalytic activity and high alpha-olefin selectivity even though supported on a support.

The present invention provides a method of preparing a carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide composite material, wherein carbon nanotubes are formed in the composite material, and then metal silicon is melted and infiltrated into the composite material, so the amount of unreacted metal is reduced and the strength of the composite material is improved, and provides a carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide composite material prepared by the method.

Disclosed is a thermosetting resin composition for steel inserts, the composition including a thermosetting resin composite and a glass fiber. The thermosetting resin composite preferably includes 100 PHR of an unsaturated polyester resin, about 30 to 40 PHR of a low shrinkage agent, about 5 to 8 PHR of a release agent, about 130 to 140 PHR of a filler, about 2 to 8 PHR of a thickening agent, and about 1 to 2 PHR of a curing agent, based on 100 PHR of the unsaturated polyester resin. The thermosetting resin composition provides reduced costs and weight as compared to a steel material composed of only steel, and also exhibits physical properties comparable to the steel material.
