A mobility includes a storage vessel, a power train configured to generate power using liquid hydrogen stored in the storage vessel, and a control device configured to downwardly adjust a target operating pressure of the storage vessel at a time of entering a refueling preparation mode, compare a supply pressure of the liquid hydrogen supplied to the power train with a target hydrogen supply pressure according to the target operating pressure, and limit the power of the power train in response to the supply pressure of the liquid hydrogen being less than the target hydrogen supply pressure.

A hydrogen storage system may include a storage container storing liquid hydrogen, a supply line connected to the storage container and to a fuel cell system, the supply line supplying gaseous hydrogen to the fuel cell system from the storage container, a compressor mounted in the supply line and compressing the gaseous hydrogen, a bypass line connecting the supply line and the storage container and allowing the gaseous hydrogen to flow from the supply line to the storage container, a control valve mounted in the bypass line and selectively adjusting a bypass flow rate of the gaseous hydrogen, an orifice provided in the bypass line, and a controller configured to control the control valve, accurately adjusting a supply pressure of the storage container and a supply amount of the hydrogen to be supplied to the fuel cell system based on the operation conditions of the fuel cell system.

Hydrogen storage system

A fluid storage container includes an inner vessel part having a first interior space (S1) for storing a fluid, an outer vessel part having a second interior space (S2) that accommodates the inner vessel part and spaced apart from the inner vessel part outwards, and a suspension part provided between the inner vessel part and the outer vessel part, one side of which contacts the inner vessel part, and an opposite side of which contacts the outer vessel part. The suspension part includes an inner member, one end of which is coupled to the inner vessel part and which extends from the one end thereof outwards, and an outer member, one end of which is coupled to the outer vessel part, which extends from the one side thereof inwards, and coupled to the inner member. The outer member is formed of a material having a thermal conductivity that is lower than that of the inner member.

A fuel supply valve for supplying fuel from a fuel tank to a fuel cell stack includes: a plunger having a hollow therein, a core part disposed on the plunger, and a block part disposed within the hollow to maintain airtightness between the core part and the plunger, and a space in which the airtightness of the hollow has been maintained by the plunger, the core part, and the block part is defined as a pressure chamber.

A pressure regulator for a fuel cell system may include: a housing having an inlet port into which gas is introduced, an outlet port through which gas is discharged, and an regulated pressure chamber connected to an outside through the outlet port; a piston moving up and down in the housing, having a main flow path penetrating through an inside of the housing and a pressure acting portion applying a pressure of gas in the regulated pressure chamber of the housing, and selectively communicating between the inlet port and the regulated pressure chamber of the housing through the main flow path as the piston moves up and down; and a spring provided in the housing to elastically support the pressure acting portion of the piston on an opposite side of the regulated pressure chamber.

Pressure regulator for fuel cell system

A fuel supply valve configured to supply fuel from a fuel tank to a stack is provided. The fuel supply valve includes a plunger that has a hollow portion and a housing having with a cavity in which the plunger is configured to move. Additionally, a contact member is disposed between the housing and the plunger to be in contact both with one side of the housing and with one side of the plunger, the contact member maintaining airtightness between the housing and the plunger.

Fuel supply valve for fuel cell system

A method is provided for controlling a hydrogen cut-off valve, which may be provided on a hydrogen supply line of a fuel cell system, in driving a fuel cell vehicle mounted with a hydrogen supply line including a high-pressure tank storing hydrogen, a hydrogen supply valve, and a hydrogen cut-off valve. The method includes: a step (a) of measuring a duty applying to the hydrogen supply valve and a step (b) of comparing the duty with a predetermined duty, in which when the duty is equal to or more than the predetermined duty, it is determined that the hydrogen supply line between the high-pressure tank and the hydrogen supply valve is abnormal.

Method for controlling hydrogen cut-off valve mounted on fuel cell vehicle

A fuel supply valve is provided. The fuel supply valve includes a housing of the valve, a plunger and a hollow part. A cavity where the plunger moves is formed at one side of the housing and a contact area is formed between the housing and the plunger based on the movement of the plunger. Accordingly, fuel flow in the cavity is limited by the contact.

A method of controlling purge of a fuel cell system for a vehicle is provided. The method determines whether a purge function is normally performed in controlling purge of discharging nitrogen, hydrogen, and vapor within an anode of a fuel cell system. Particularly, the method confirms whether purge is performed by measuring a duty or a current applied to a hydrogen supply valve and measuring a change in the duty before and after an application of a purge valve operation command while adjusting a pressure inside the anode, which supplies hydrogen, to be uniform. Further, a hydrogen supply amount supplied into an anode is estimated and a change rate of a hydrogen supply amount supplied to the anode and a hydrogen amount consumed during a generation of the fuel cell system are estimated during a purge function, to determine whether purge is actually performed based on the estimated information.

Method of controlling purge of fuel cell system for vehicle

A solenoid valve is provided to control a gas supply pressure such as a hydrogen supply valve of a fuel cell system. In particular, the solenoid valve includes: a valve body including a nozzle and a valve chamber, a nozzle opening/closing sheet, and a gas bypass hole formed on the valve body to communicate with a valve chamber of the valve body when the nozzle is closed and supply gas to a first chamber of the valve chamber through the gas bypass hole. With this arrangement, the solenoid valve may inhibit gas leak that can occur in the nozzle due to a diameter error of the nozzle due to a production deviation and a production deviation of a regulator.

A fuel cell system including a hydrogen shut-off valve and a hydrogen supply valve connected therewith, the fuel cell system including: a holder capable of accommodating the hydrogen supply valve, wherein the holder includes a rupture part which may be formed at one point between the hydrogen supply valve and the hydrogen shut-off valve, and the hydrogen shut-off valve may be accommodated in one or more extended ends of the holder, and when the rupture part is cut off by external shock the hydrogen shut-off valve and the hydrogen supply valve are disconnected from each other.

An anode discharge valve for a fuel cell system includes a valve main body which is installed in a hydrogen recirculation line of a fuel cell stack; a drive shaft which is rotatably installed in the valve main body, and coupled to an opening member which selectively opens a hydrogen discharge port by being rotated; and a mechanism which is connected to a hydrogen inlet port of the valve main body so as to form a hydrogen inflow path, and operates to rotate the drive shaft as a pressure of hydrogen inflowing through the hydrogen inflow path increases.
