The present technology relates to adjustment mechanisms for control settings on stud weld tools. Stud welding tools typically have a body that comprises a handle, a front end and a rear end. In one aspect, the present technology relates to plunge adjustment mechanisms for stud welding tools that are located at the front end of a stud welding tool and provide an adjustment knob for manual plunge adjustment. Another aspect of the present technology relates to weld heat adjustment mechanisms for stud welding tools that are located at the rear end of a stud welding tool and provide an adjustment knob for manual weld heat adjustment.

Stud welding tool adjustment mechanisms

Cashbox security mechanisms, gaming machines with a cashbox security mechanism, and methods for securing and removing a portable cashbox from a gaming machine are presented herein. The cashbox security mechanism stores and secures a cashbox, which stows currency received, for example, from a currency processing device. The cashbox security mechanism includes an outer housing, such as a gaming machine cabinet or a substructure mounted inside a cabinet. An inner chassis mates with and retains the cashbox. The inner chassis and a security door are pivotably mounted with respect to the outer housing. The security door and inner chassis are positionable to cooperatively secure the cashbox within the cashbox security mechanism. Likewise, the security door and inner chassis are respositionable to cooperatively define an access chute through which the cashbox is removable from the cashbox security mechanism.

Plunge adjustment mechanism for a stud welding tool

A heat adjustment mechanism for a stud welding tool comprises an adjustment knob comprising adjustment ribs, a solenoid sleeve that moveably engages the adjustment knob, and that receives a solenoid, wherein the solenoid is configured to engage a fastener, and the solenoid is connected to the solenoid sleeve by the fastener, a clutch comprising adjustment ribs that engage the adjustment ribs on the adjustment knob, and a clutch spring that exerts force on the clutch. A weld heat setting adjustment may be made by solenoid movement of from about 0.15 mm to about 0.30 mm.

A food slicer has a support member including a base portion and an upstanding portion integrally formed with the base portion. The upstanding portion includes a rotating cutting blade for slicing food product. The base portion includes a food product table slidably secured thereto for movement across the cutting blade for holding product while it is being sliced. An adjustable gage plate is provided for determining the thickness of a food product to be sliced. A sharpening mechanism for sharpening the cutting blade as needed is removably secured to a portion of the product table to provide accurate sharpening of the cutting blade. The sharpening mechanism includes a first rotating sharpening member and a second deburring member where the first and second members are mounted independent from each other.

A food slicer is provided having a support member including a base portion and an upstanding portion integrally formed with the base portion. The upstanding portion includes a rotating cutting blade secured thereto for slicing food product and at least one motor positioned within the upstanding portion for rotating the cutting blade. The base portion includes a food product table slidably secured thereto and is movable across the cutting blade for holding product while it is being sliced by the cutting blade. An adjustable gage plate also is provided for determining the thickness of a food product to be sliced by the cutting blade along with an adjustable gage plate alignment mechanism connecting the upstanding portion to the gage plate at an upper portion of the gage plate.

A vertically adjustable hinge is disclosed. The hinge comprises a housing for attachment to a first structure. The housing has a housing cavity and an opening into the cavity. The cavity has an upper portion, a lower portion and a retaining portion forming a channel defining the upper portion and the lower portion. The hinge further includes a first leaf extending through the cavity opening and into the cavity upper portion, threaded nut rotationally fixed to the first leaf, and an adjustment mechanism disposed in the housing cavity. The adjustment mechanism comprises a jack screw extending between the upper cavity portion and the lower cavity portion. The jack screw has a threaded portion threadably engaging the nut in the upper cavity portion and a geared portion disposed in the cavity lower portion. The hinge further includes a worm gear engaging the jack screw geared portion, wherein rotation of the worm gear rotates the jack screw threaded portion in the nut, thereby moving the first leaf relative to the housing.

A food slicer has a support member including a base portion and an upstanding portion. The upstanding portion includes a rotating cutting blade for slicing food product and at least one motor for rotating the cutting blade. The base portion includes a food product table movable across the cutting blade for holding product while it is being sliced. An adjustable gage plate as well as a gage plate adjustment mechanism are provided for slice thickness adjustment. A table interlock mechanism includes at least one cable member in operable communication with the gage plate adjustment mechanism where a distal end of the cable member is lockable within a portion of the gage plate adjustment mechanism upon longitudinal movement of the cable member substantially parallel to the axis of the gage plate adjustment mechanism when both the food product table and the gage plate are positioned in particular positions.

A food slicer is provided having a support member including a base portion and an upstanding portion integrally formed with the base portion. The upstanding portion includes a rotating cutting blade secured thereto for slicing food product and at least one motor positioned within the upstanding portion for rotating the cutting blade. The base portion includes a food product table slidably secured thereto and is movable across the cutting blade for holding product while it is being sliced by the cutting blade. An adjustable gage plate also is provided for determining the thickness of a food product to be sliced by the cutting blade. A product fence for assisting in holding and stabilizing food product during slicing is included where the fence is removably secured to a portion of the food product table by frictional engagement therebetween.

There is provided an apparatus for a folding table assembly comprising a lifting assist center torsion bar assembly, a lift off caster assembly and a stability locking mechanism. A folding table assembly with a lifting assist mechanism provides a lifting assist force during a portion of the folding process of a foldable table from an unfolded use position to a folded storage position. A lift off caster assembly maintains an unfolded table assembly in a stationary position and prevents the unfolded table from wandering or deviating from its original location on the floor. There is also provided a stability locking mechanism that can set the folding table in a folded and stable semi-closed position.

An integrated tilt/sash lock assembly for a sash window is disclosed. The sash window assembly has an upper sash window and a lower sash window slideable within a master frame, the integrated assembly has a keeper adapted to be connected to the upper sash window. A rotor assembly is adapted to be supported by the lower sash window, the rotor assembly having a rotor connected to a spool. A latch bolt is adapted to be supported by the lower sash window and is adapted to engage the master frame. A connector has a first end connected to the spool and a second end connected to the latch bolt. An actuator is connected to the rotor assembly. The actuator has a locked position wherein the rotor engages the keeper. The actuator is moveable to an unlocked position wherein the rotor assembly is disengaged from the keeper, and is further moveable to a tiltable position wherein the connector retracts the latch bolt from the master frame.
