A tie-down device configured to secure a position of an object is described that includes an extendable anchor that is extendable from a body of the tie-down device and configured to secure to a location, a spool comprising a circular plate including a first plurality of ratchet teeth along a circumference of the circular plate, a handle pivotably coupled to the body and including a second plurality of ratchet teeth, and a tab configured to be pivoted between a first position and a second position. The first position of the tab configured to allow the cog to engage with the spool such that the spool does not spin freely, and the second position of the tab configured to allow the cog to disengage from the spool such that the spool spins freely. Various embodiments of the tie-down device are described, as well as related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture.

Ratchet tie-down device

A device for holding a container having a bead around an opening is provided. The device includes a handle and at least two curved elements extending from the handle, with each curved element including an upper section sized to be positionable adjacent to the container bead. A clamping apparatus is located on a portion of the handle, with the clamping apparatus having a moveable clamping element structured to contact the container bead.

Container holder apparatus and system and method for attaching a holder and a lid to a container

An apparatus, system and method for attaching a lid to a beverage container is provided. In one embodiment a lid is positioned over the container opening and fastened to a first bead located around the opening. The lid also fastens to a second bead that is either located on the container, or located on a partial ring that is positioned adjacent to the first bead. The partial collar may only extend partway around the container. The partial collar may be removable and may also include a handle. Container lid and holder assembly, system and method

An apparatus, system and method for attaching a lid to a beverage container is provided. In one embodiment a lid is positioned over the container opening and fastened to a first bead located around the opening. The lid also fastens to a second bead that is either located on the container, or located on a collar that is positioned adjacent to the first bead. The collar may extend around the container, or it may only extend partway around the container. The collar may be removable and may also include a handle. Container lid and holder and system and method for attaching a lid and holder to a container

An adaptor enables a child to drink from a cup having a bead extending around an open end of the cup. The adaptor has an annular collar that supports the cup by engaging a lower portion of a bead of the cup around a substantial portion of a periphery of the bead. A lid is removably engageable with the collar. The lid has an annular flange depending from a lower surface toward the collar with the flange being located to abut an interior side of the wall of the cup when the lid engages the collar to form a fluid seal with the cup. The lid has a channel formed therein and located between the flange and a periphery of the lid and encircling the flange. The channel encloses an upper portion of the bead of the cup. The lid has a child drinking spout on an exterior surface of the lid adjacent a peripheral edge of the lid. The spout is in fluid communication with the cup during use of the adaptor.

A motorcycle seating unit includes a seat and a backrest assembly. The seat has a front side and a top seating surface with an essentially horizontal orientation. The backrest assembly has a support arm and a back bar having an external surface. The support arm rotatably engages the seat at one end and engages the back bar at the other end. The backrest assembly has a first selective operational position characterized by an essentially vertical orientation and a second selective operational position characterized by an essentially horizontal orientation. In the second selective operational position, the external surface of the back bar is essentially even with the height of the front side of the seat to expose an essentially smooth continuous transition between the back bar and the seat.

A three wheeled stroller which is adapted for use in transporting an infant. The stroller includes a collapsible frame structure and a seat which is adapted to be secured thereto. This frame structure is both laterally collapsible and foldable to facilitate the storage and transportation of the stroller. Both the collapsing and the folding can be initiated by way of an upper lock assembly positioned adjacent the handles of the frame.

A containment system for receiving and disposing of disposable sanitary products. The containment system comprises a peripheral frame member which defines a central opening. Releasably attached to the frame member and suspended therefrom is a containment bag which defines a hollow interior communicating with the central opening of the frame member when the containment bag is attached thereto. Pivotally connected to the frame member is a lid member which is movable between a closed position whereat the lid member blocks the central opening, and an open position whereat disposable sanitary products are passable through the central opening of the frame member into the interior of the containment bag. Attached to and extending between the frame member and the lid member is a biasing mechanism for normally maintaining the lid member in the closed position. The height of the frame member is significantly less than the length of the containment bag such that a substantial portion of the containment bag protrudes downwardly from and is not covered by the frame member.

A collapsible playyard for an infant includes a pair of frame subassemblies and a plurality of collapsible connecting members which normally maintain the frame subassemblies in spaced substantially parallel relation. The frame subassemblies include knuckle joints which cooperate to maintain the frame assembly in an erected position, but at least a portion of which are reoriented as the connecting members are collapsed to allow the frame subassemblies to also be collapsed. The width of one of the frame subassemblies is smaller than the width of the other frame subassembly to allow the two frame subassemblies to be at least partially nested together and then folded in half to form a compact collapsed structure.

A flying toy is provided having a substantially planar, flexibly deformable body with a top surface, a bottom surface and a peripheral edge. A plurality of protuberances are disposed on the top surface of the body spaced a radial distance apart relative to the body. The protuberances have a hollow configuration defining a concavity open to the bottom surface of the body. The protuberances and body are integrally formed from a sheet of a substantially continuous flexibly deformable material. The configuration of the flying toy provides it with aerodynamic properties when thrown with a rotational motion in a planar orientation.

A collapsible playyard for an infant includes a frame subassembly including at least two frame members which are joined together in substantially perpendicular relation. Each of the frame members includes two frame member sections which are joined by a knuckle joint which only permits pivoting between the frame member sections thereof in a single direction. The knuckle joints are oriented so that collapsing one frame member rotates the adjacent frame member causing the knuckle joint thereof to be automatically moved to a collapsible position.
