A method for remote collaboration includes receiving posting content from a first employee of a company. The posting content includes a multitude of key terms. The method further includes generating a first employee posting using the posting content, extracting the multitude of key terms from the posting content, matching one of the plurality of key terms to a key term label, storing the key term label in the first employee posting, and selecting a company channel corresponding to the key terms label. The method further includes identifying a subscriber of the company channel, where the subscriber is a second employee of the company, and presenting the first employee posting content to the subscriber.

Remote contextual collaboration

The invention relates to a system for modeling an oilfield, which has process facilities and wellsite operatively connected, each wellsite having a wellbore penetrating a subterranean formation for extracting fluid from an underground reservoir. The system includes multiple wellsite simulators, each modeling a portion of the wellsite, at least one non-wellsite simulator, each modeling a portion of a non-wellsite region of the oilfield; and at least one coupling positioned among the wellsite simulators and the non-wellsite simulator. The coupling selectively links the wellsite simulators and the non-wellsite simulator according to a pre-defined configuration for selective communication.

System and method for performing oilfield simulation operations

The invention relates to a method of simulating operations of an oilfield, which has process facilities and wellsite operatively connected, each wellsite having a wellbore penetrating a subterranean formation for extracting fluid from an underground reservoir. The method steps include selecting simulators for modeling the oilfield with at least one of the simulators having functionality to model fluid injection, selectively coupling each of the simulators according to a predefined configuration, and modeling an injection operation of the oilfield by selectively communicating between the simulators.

A method for performing operations of an oilfield is described. The method involves selectively coupling oilfield simulators according to a predefined configuration, each oilfield simulator modeling at least a portion of the oilfield, a first oilfield simulator receives an oilfield control parameter as an input, identifying an uncertainty parameter associated with probable values each corresponding to a weighted probability, a second oilfield simulator receives the uncertainty parameter as an input, modeling the operations of the oilfield to generate an estimated performance by selectively communicating between the oilfield simulators, the operations of the oilfield are modeled with a predetermined value of the oilfield control parameter and at least one of the probable values of the uncertainty parameter; and identifying an optimal value of the oilfield control parameter based on the estimated performance.
