A seat belt energy management loop to reduce off-axis loading is disclosed. The seat belt energy management loop includes a substantially flat bracket welded to the chassis of a vehicle and including a plurality of openings for mounting a roll hoop and a seat belt retractor to the bracket. An integral loop is formed as an integral part of the bracket and extends from the bracket in substantially perpendicular relation to the bracket. The integral loop includes a seat belt guide segment extending from the bracket, a pair of curved end segments extending from the seat belt guide segment, and a straight segment extending between the pair of curved end segments, together forming a seat belt opening through which a retractable seat belt of the retractor extends.

Integrated seat belt energy management loop

A recreational vehicle with side by side seating has or can receive an overhead tubular framework with an accessory rail removably attached to an overhead cross member of the tubular framework. The accessory rail providing an anchor for a forward edge of a soft top with the soft top wrapping around the overhead cross member and extending rearwardly and being supported by and secured to the tubular framework. The soft top covering the side by side seating region. The accessory rail having the anchor for the soft top, an interface for engaging the cross member, and an accessory mounting portion with variable positioning and attachment of an array of accessories above and forward of the side by side seating region.

Soft top mount and accessory rail for recreational vehicles

A recreational vehicle with side by side seating has or can receive an overhead tubular framework with an accessory rail removably attached to an overhead cross member of the tubular framework. The accessory rail providing an anchor for a forward edge of a soft top with the soft top wrapping around the overhead cross member and extending rearwardly and being supported by and secured to the tubular framework. The soft top covering the side by side seating region. The accessory rail having three functional portions positioned circumferentially about an axis of the rail. A first functional portion providing the fixed anchor for the forward edge of the soft top, another functional portion providing interface and attachment features for connecting the rail to the overhead cross member, and another functional portion providing accessory mounting with variable positioning and attachment of an array of accessories above and forward of the side by side seating region.

Roof for vehicle

A vehicle includes a plurality of ground-engaging members, a frame assembly supported by the ground-engaging members, and a powertrain assembly supported by the frame. The powertrain assembly includes at least an engine. The vehicle further includes a cooling assembly fluidly coupled to at least the engine and which includes a radiator and at least one fan positioned rearward of the radiator and angled relative to the radiator. A rear shroud is positioned between the radiator and fan and includes an air bypass assembly to exhaust air thought he rear shroud at higher speeds of the vehicle.

Three-wheeled vehicle

A vehicle includes a plurality of ground-engaging members, a frame assembly supported by the ground-engaging members, and a powertrain assembly supported by the frame. The powertrain assembly includes at least an engine.
