A device for packaging and dispensing a chemical product is provided. The device may include a first portion connected to a second portion. Counterpoising locking features may secure the first portion and the second portion. A support member is disposed within the lower portion and adapted to support the product. The device may include a flexible enclosure contoured to and enclosing the rigid body and the product. The flexible enclosure may enclose a portion of the housing and the product, after which heat is applied to shrink the flexible enclosure. A handle may provide for ease of installation and/or removal of the device from a solid chemical dispensing system.

Packaging concept for solid products

An improved electrolytic cell, its method and system configured for simple and rapid troubleshooting, removal and replacement of the cell or a component of the cell during service and maintenance procedures is disclosed. The electrolytic cell () is includes a host manifold () housing a degassing chamber () and various flow paths for routing liquid and gases into and out of a guest device () and the host manifold (). The host manifold () is connected to input sources and output collections. The guest device () generally houses an anode chamber (), a cathode chamber (), and a brine chamber or reservoir () that serves as a source of anions and cations for the anode and cathode chambers. The guest device () is separable from the host manifold () to repair, maintain and/or replace the cell.

Apparatus, method and system for rapid service, removal and replacement of an electrolytic cell

A support member for an improved three-chambered electrolytic cell is disclosed. A porous synthetic support system for exchange membranes in electrolytic cells is used for exchange membrane protection in electrolytic cells for the in situ generation of electrolysis solutions, such as bleach or hypochlorous acid.

A grill tool, a pad usable with the grill tool, and a method of making and using the grill tool are disclosed. Such a grill tool is configured for cleaning a surface while maintaining the surface at a temperature up to the operating temperature of the surface. The grill tool includes a tool head and a tool handle. The tool head includes an attachment mechanism for removably attaching a cleaning pad to the head so as to present a major cleaning surface and opposite minor cleaning surfaces. The tool handle may be configured to include handles capable of maintaining a user's hands horizontally and vertically spaced apart along the handle.

Liquid diluent is communicated through an anti-siphon valve () connected in fluid communication to an aspirator (). An insect trap includes a support structure and a lid. The support structure includes a bottom portion and a rear portion extending upward from a rear of the bottom portion. The rear portion includes a first connector. The lid is pivotally connected to the rear portion, and the lid includes an inside surface with a second connector. The support structure and the lid define a cavity and have an open position and a closed position. The bottom portion is configured and arranged to receive a first panel member, the first connector is configured and arranged to receive a second panel member, and the second connector is configured and arranged to receive a third panel member. A bracket could be used to support a fourth panel member. The support structure could include a bracket about which a power cord is windable to vary the length of the power cord.

A chemical product dispenser that controls dispensation of a chemical product based on a change in weight of the chemical product remaining in the dispenser includes an isolation mechanism. The dispenser includes a weight measurement instrument, such as one or more load cells, that measure the weight of the chemical product remaining the dispenser. The isolation mechanism is configured to lift the chemical product from a lowered position in which the weight of the chemical product is fully supported by the load cell(s) to a raised position in which the weight of the chemical product is fully supported by the isolation mechanism. When in the raised position, the dispenser may be loaded with a supply of chemical product with a reduced risk of damage to the weight measurement instrument.

Grill tool

A product housing for use with a vacuum breaker, a solid product dispenser, and a solid product having a bottom surface comprises a product holder, an overflow outlet, and a flood plane. The product holder has a bottom and is configured and arranged to receive the solid product with the bottom surface proximate the bottom. The bottom of the product holder is positioned proximate above the solid product dispenser and proximate below the vacuum breaker. The overflow outlet is proximate the bottom, and the flood plane is proximate the overflow outlet.

Fluid flow meters and methods for measuring different aspects of fluid flow with a non-contact sensor are provided. In some cases a fluid flow gear meter is provided with a fluid chamber that is sealed with a cover portion carrying the non-contact sensor. An optional separation member may be located between the cover portion and the chamber to seal the chamber. In some cases the cover portion and/or separation member are configured to transmit visible light to allow viewing of the fluid chamber, through material selection and/or the presence of viewing cavities within the material. The flow meter is optionally configured to prevent or reduce the transmission of ambient environmental radiation into the flow meter to lessen the likelihood that it may adversely affect an optical non-contact sensor used to detect movement of gears within the chamber.

A solid product dispenser includes a housing and a product holder. The housing includes a concentrated solution outlet, a diluent outlet, and an outlet tube in which concentrated solution from the concentrated solution outlet and diluent from the diluent outlet are mixed to form a use solution. Proximate the housing and the product holder is an overflow outlet from which a vacuum breaker is at least 3.50 inches.

A preferred embodiment dispenser for dispensing product tablets includes a first disk member, a second disk member, and a third disk member. The first disk member is rotatable and includes a first aperture extending longitudinally through the first disk member. The second disk member is stationary and includes a second aperture extending longitudinally through the second disk member. The third disk member is rotatable and includes a third aperture extending longitudinally through the third disk member. The second aperture is intermittently aligned with the first aperture and the third aperture, the first aperture and the third aperture being positioned at different locations with respect to the second aperture thereby aligning with the second aperture at separate times resulting in an interrupted flow path for the product tablets.

A preferred embodiment proof of delivery system for use with a solid product dispenser includes an outlet conduit and a sensor mechanism. The outlet conduit is light transmissive and includes an interior surface and an exterior surface. The interior surface is exposed to humid conditions. The sensor mechanism is proximate the exterior surface of the outlet conduit, and the sensor mechanism senses delivery of a solid product through the outlet conduit. The outlet conduit provides a barrier to the humid conditions thereby protecting the sensor mechanism from exposure to the humid conditions.
