An abrading implement for abrading surfaces comprises a multi-part, hollow holder and a flexible abrasive stratum secured within the holder. The abrasive stratum is flexible or deformable, and protrudes from the holder. A form internal to the abrading implement bears against the abrasive stratum to cause the abrasive stratum to protrude from the holder. The abrasive stratum may be perforated and coated with an abrasive such as silicon carbide.

Abrading implement

A vehicle including: a front wheel; two rear wheels; a seat configured to allow a rider to lean forward when the vehicle travels; and a frame that includes a front frame section and a rear frame section, the front frame section extending from the seat to at least an axis of rotation of the front wheel and connecting the seat to the front wheel, the rear frame section extending from the first frame section rearward and connecting the rear wheels to the first frame section, the frame sections being pivotably connected at a pivot point between the main wheel and the seat.

Multi-wheeled vehicle

A helmet for use in recreational sporting helmets having a plurality of raised surfaces which are configured to form a fanciful appearance on the external surface of the helmet. Graphical treatment may be applied to enhance the realism of the fanciful appearance. The helmet is attractive to users otherwise perhaps inclined not to wear a helmet during recreational sporting activity.

Helmet having improved safety features

A skateboard capable of being adjusted for different weights and different desired ride characteristics without changing the distance between the fore and aft wheels. The truck assembly is mounted on an angled leaf spring and the leaf spring is slideably engaged against a pad having shoulder guides. The pad mounts against the skateboard and the leaf spring is attached to the pad. In one embodiment, the pad contains slots and is movable in a fore and aft direction to change the spring constant of the leaf spring holding the truck. The leaf spring is fixedly positioned to the skateboard and the pad is free to move in a fore and aft direction as a result of the slots thereby allowing the rider to change the effect of the spring and hence the angle to obtain different ride characteristics.
