An air filter monitoring system and method includes a plenum, a pressurization blower, a first motor driving the pressurization blower, a first motor current sensor, a recirculation blower, a second motor driving the recirculation blower, a second motor current sensor, a speed selector, a fresh air filter, a recirculation air filter, a pressurization blower speed sensor, a recirculation blower speed sensor, and a non-transitory computer readable medium comprising a program instruction for permitting a controller to monitor the HVAC system. The program instruction is adapted to produce a first and a second motor control signal to drive independently the pressurization blower and the recirculation blower, respectively. The first and second motor control signals are a function of the speed sensor signals to maintain a constant speed. Comparing a first and second motor current sensor signal to a baseline and triggers a replacement action when either signal falls below a threshold.

Air filter monitoring system and method for a work machine

A system includes a work vehicle, user interface, and controller. The work vehicle includes a frame, boom, implement, perception sensor, and ground speed sensor. The perception sensor senses an approaching environment. The user interface includes controls and indicators. The controller is coupled to the controls, indicators, perception sensor, and ground speed sensor. The controller receives a command to move the work vehicle, drives the work vehicle, determines a distance to the container, determines the ground speed, determines a boom raising start distance from the container, receives a command to raise the boom, and activates one of the indicators if the user command to raise the boom occurs prior to the work vehicle reaching the boom raising start distance from the container.

The start module generates a verification request in response to the remote start input signal. In response to the verification request, the verification module confirms that the plurality of parameters satisfies a plurality of verification conditions associated with the work vehicle or work vehicle environment required for remote start. The verification module generates a verification confirmation when the parameters satisfy the plurality of verification conditions. The start module generates a start command in response to the verification confirmation. A starter device is configured to energize a prime mover of the work vehicle upon receipt of the start command.

An HVAC control system for directing the flow of air in a work vehicle's HVAC system responds to the orientation of a rotating seat within the work vehicle's cabin. The seat may rotate between at least two operational positions, such that the operator of the work vehicle may control a forward or a rearward implement. The HVAC control system includes one or more detectors for detecting the position of the seat. A control module receives output from the detectors and allows or prevents the flow of air through particular ducts in the HVAC system based on the seat's position. The control module may actuate one or more doors to open and close ducts as needed. The control module may operate a first door to open or close forward ducts and a second door to open or close rearward ducts depending on whether the seat is facing forward or rearward.

A differential lock control system for controlling a differential lock of a work vehicle is adapted to determine if the work vehicle is oriented to travel in a generally straight direction, and, if the work vehicle is so oriented, automatically command activation of the differential lock. A boom position detecting device that detects a boom angle on a work vehicle for a boom that rotates about a pivot. The device includes a boom angle follower and positional sensor. The boom angle follower includes a spring and a follower arm arranged such that the spring biases the follower arm against a surface of the boom and keeps the follower arm in contact with the boom throughout a rotational movement of the boom about the pivot. The positional sensor is physically connected to the boom angle follower and detects at least one boom angle.
