Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and system for a first party providing a comprehensive coordinated communication system by enabling initiation of a communication interaction between a first party and a second party, presenting a plurality of communication channels from which one of the parties can make a selection, displaying an interface for using the selected communication channel for a communication interaction between the two parties, and creating a record of the communication interaction, wherein either of the two parties can retrieve the record. The invention can be implemented via a stand-alone computing system or such a system interconnected with other platforms or data stores by a network, such as a corporate intranet, a local area network, or the internet.

Comprehensive coordinated communication system

A method and system for detecting fraud may redirect a user from a phishing message to an education message. The phishing message may include a phishing website that mimics a target entity. A user may be convinced to disclose sensitive information to a fraudster operating the phishing website. The phishing website may be maintained through a service provider and the target entity may request that the service provider disable the phishing website. During evaluation of the target entity's request by the service provider, a user may be directed to an education website that may be displayed until the phishing website may be permanently disabled. The education website may include information or identify a source of information that may help educate the user on fraud prevention, phishing, the target entity, the targeted industry, future prevention tips and suggestions, and other related information.

Apparatus and methods for supporting text chat for at-risk customers are provided. A method for operating an electronic information processing platform may include receiving, via the electronic information processing platform, information indicating that a customer exhibits behavior indicative of a desire to terminate a relationship with an entity. The method may further include, transmitting to the customer a text chat invitation, via the electronic information processing platform, in response to the received information.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and system for providing a comprehensive coordinated electronic document functionality by storing and providing access to at least one non-personalized electronic document and at least one personalized document, enabling at least one action with regard to the non-personalized document and the personalized document, and creating a record of the at least one action taken.
