An acoustic ceiling tile and a dynamic acoustic ceiling system that includes multiple ceiling tiles that can be quickly and easily installed onto ceiling structures utilizing attached or embedded magnetic assemblies to provide an aesthetically pleasing image, such as an fluctuating image, along with a reduction in unwanted noise or room acoustics, wherein the attached or embedded magnetic assemblies are configured to be removed from the ceiling tile, and then configured to be easily placed or located onto a different location on the ceiling tile as needed, to allow for optimal installation of the ceiling tile onto the ceiling structure.

An intelligent storage device is provided that enables a user to securely store odorous materials, lock and unlock the storage device via a mobile device or other remote computing device, and receive alerts when the storage device is moved or tampered with. Embodiments include an intelligent storage device comprising a lid with a locking mechanism and a user-controllable device configured to activate the locking mechanism upon receiving a first user input; a container with an opening sized and shaped to receive the lid, wherein the locking mechanism is configured to securely seal the lid to the container when activated; and an electronics module configured to cause deactivation of the locking mechanism in response to receiving a second user input via the user-controllable device and upon confirming authorization of the user to access the storage device.

Intelligent storage device

An inhalant dispensing system is provided, comprising an inhalant delivery apparatus having a main body, a lower body coupled to the main body and comprising a mouthpiece, and an inhalant delivery mechanism disposed within the main body and configured to deliver an aerosolized solution to the mouthpiece for user inhalation; and a lock out system configured to selectively prevent delivery of the aerosolized solution to the mouthpiece. The inhalant delivery apparatus may be assembled by inserting a portion of the inhalant delivery mechanism into the main body. The lower body may be rotatably coupled to the main body and moveable between a dispensing position and a storage position. The system may be used to control and monitor dosages of a solution contained within a smart canister and administered from the canister via an inhaler, to prevent accidental or unwanted usage of the canister and/or over-dosing.
