A new floating nipple assemblycomprises: a set of floating nipplesor threaded adapter sleeves, the floating nipples having inner voids and exteriors of outer male threads; a seal bodycomprising ear assembliesdefining ear voids, the ear voids having inner female threads; closet boltsinserted through a soil pipe flange, the closet bolts inserted through the ear voids, nipplesand a toilet base; and integrated cap nutsplaced over the toilet baseand frictionally attached to the ends of the closet bolts. Disclosed embodiments provide for wax free installation of toilets in either new construction or in retrofit projects. The floating nipple assemble system allows a plumber to effortlessly adjust the height of the seal body by merely rotating the floating nipples within the ear voids of the seal body.

Floating nipple assemblies for wax free installation of new and existing toilets

A wax free pop-up sealmay be integrated with a springor other resilient component to connect a toilet to an existing soil pipe flange. A pop-up seal systemprovides toolless, nondestructive and seamless height adjustment and comports with both smaller and larger diameter soil pipe flanges. For retro fit installations, a pop-up seal may comprise extended finsfor use with larger diameter soil pipe flanges and for use with smaller diameter soil pipe flanges, the extended fins may be removed. For new construction a new soil pipe flange is provided and a customized pop-up sealcomprises a seal system well suited for the new soil pipe flange. The pop-up seals may operate with or without springs or other external flexible components.

Wax free systems with springs for new and existing toilets

A wax free toilet installation kit allows plumbers to approach new construction and old closet flanges with one economical and efficient set of parts that will work with both three and four inch soil pipes. A new threaded adapter sleevefits into both three and four inch traditional closet flanges to retrofit old wax system installations. The threaded adapter sleeve has a threaded bodyto accommodate a variety of height adjustment nuts, which include a compact adjustment nutand a lip and valley expanded adjustment nut. A new male female pipe couplermay be used in new construction and comports with both three and four inch soil pipes. The threaded adapter sleevefits into the male female pipe coupler. The threaded adapter sleeve is quickly adjusted to accommodate varying floor heights.

Wax free kit for new and existing construction

A drain stopper assembly for selectively opening and closing a drain located within a basin, tub or sink, the drain having an opening within said basin, tub or sink for facilitating the selective passage of water there through and past its drain collar and drain body. A stopper is provided being selectively sealable on said drain collar allowing selective passage of water. The stopper is mechanically positioned within the drain body by a scooper end in mechanical communication with a lifting rod being actable from a position exterior to the drain body for selective raising and lowering of the scooper end wherein lowering the scooper end causes the stopper to seat upon the drain collar and raising the scooper causes the stopper to separate from the drain collar.

A unitary removable barrier for installation in a cylindrical water line to selectively block the water line to passage of water therethrough. The unitary removable barrier is composed of a single piece rubber body having at least one cylindrical section sized to receive upstream and downstream pipes of the water line. A unitary rubber planar disc molded with the cylindrical section is of a circular circumference and which completely blocks the water line but which is selectively removable from the cylindrical section thus removing the barrier to the passage of the waste through the line.

A unitary removable barrier for installation in a cylindrical water line to selectively block the water line to passage of water therethrough. The unitary removable barrier is composed of a single piece body having at least one cylindrical section sized to receive upstream and downstream pipes of the water line. A planar disk is molded with the cylindrical section and is of a circular circumference which completely blocks the water line but which is selectively removable from the cylindrical section thus removing the barrier to the passage of water through the line. Removal of the barrier is facilitated through the use of a piercing device and pull tab which can be actuated from a position outside of the waste line.

An assembly for selectively blocking a drain to the passage of water. A drain emanating from a substantially circular opening in a basin, sink or tub is provided with a substantially cylindrical member releasably connected to the basin, sink or tub. The substantially cylindrical member is provided with a fluid inlet for receiving a pressurized fluid and an expandable bladder located within the substantially cylindrical member in fluid communication with the fluid inlet, wherein the bladder is sized and positioned such that when expanded, it blocks the drain to the passage of water. A mechanical pump is provided having a pump chamber and a stem emanating from it such that when the stem is moved, fluid pressure is applied to a hydraulic line connected to the fluid inlet for selectively expanding the bladder.
