The present disclosure is directed to providing digital health services. In some embodiments, systems and methods for conducting virtual or remote sessions between patients and clinicians are disclosed. During the sessions, media content (e.g., images, video content, audio content, etc.) may be captured as the patient performs one or more tasks. The media content may be presented to the clinician and used to evaluate a condition of the patient or a state of the condition, adjust treatment parameters, provide therapy, or other operations to treat the patient. The analysis of the media content may be aided by one or more machine learning/artificial intelligence models that analyze various aspects of the media content, augment the media content, or other functionality to aid in the treatment of the patient.

Systems and methods for providing digital health services

Implementations for adaptive context sensitive time division multiplexed scheduling and execution of tasks to be performed by a high frequency ablation system, such as an RF ablation system, are disclosed. The implementations may be effectuated in software, firmware, or both. Tasks may be categorized into categories corresponding to task priorities. Time blocks may be allocated during which execution of the tasks may be performed. The time blocks may be divided into time slots. A task may be assigned to a time slot based, at least in part, on a categorization priority of the task. Additionally, each task may be executed according to the schedule delineated by the time slots. An assignment of tasks to time slots may be adjusted based, at least in part, on data received at a high frequency ablation device of the high frequency ablation system.

A system and method for facilitating remote care management involving a patient having an implantable medical device (IMD). Upon establishing a remote care session between a patient controller device and a clinician programmer, wherein the clinician and the patient are remotely located with respect to each other, input from the patient or the clinician may be received via a user interface control associated with a particular functionality or aspect of the remote care session, including audiovisual (AV) communications, remote therapy programming, and related context. Responsive to the user input, a dialog interface is effectuated at one of the patient controller device and/or the clinician programmer. A user characterization label is received via the dialog interface from the user, wherein the user characterization label is indicative of a subjective assessment of the particular functionality of the remote care session, which may be used in generating user-labeled data pertaining thereto.

Data labeling system and method operative with patient and clinician controller devices disposed in a remote care architecture

A system and method for facilitating device and application authentication between an external device and an implanted medical device (IMD), wherein a therapy application executing on the external device is operative to communicate with the IMD via wireless telemetry communications. A device authentication parameter may be decomposed into two key components, wherein one component may be stored in a cloud key vault and the other component may be distributed to the external device as an obfuscated portion embedded in the therapy application. Upon receiving the therapy application, the external device is operative to separately retrieve both key components and reconstitute the original authentication parameter therefrom, which may be presented to the IMD for authentication.

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for managing communications in a remote therapy system. A method includes initiating a remote therapy session by establishing communications between a patient device and an implantable medical device implanted in a patient, and establishing communications between the patient device and a clinician device, determining, using the patient device, a distance between the patient and the patient device, comparing, using the patient device, the determined distance to a threshold distance, and managing the communications between the patient device and the implantable medical device based on the comparison.

Systems and methods for managing remote therapy sessions

A system and method for modulating delivery of remote therapy to a patient having an implantable medical device (IMD). Upon establishing a remote care session between a patient controller device and a clinician programmer, wherein the clinician and the patient are remotely located with respect to each other, a determination may be made if a first triggering event is detected. Responsive to the determination, a remote therapy session used for programming the patient's IMD is paused and one or more remote care therapy setting controls provided at the clinician programmer device to facilitate one or more adjustments with respect to the patient's IMD are disabled. Subsequently, responsive to detecting a second triggering event, the remote therapy session with the patient may be resumed, wherein the one or more remote care therapy setting controls of the clinician programmer device are enabled.

System and method for modulating therapy in a remote care architecture

An electronic device includes one or more processors, a tag reader, a display, and a wireless communication circuit. The one or more processors can identify an item in an environment of the electronic device. The tag reader can read item information from a tag corresponding to the item. The wireless communication circuit can retrieve one or more overlays across a network from the item information. Systems and methods for low power virtual reality (VR) presence monitoring and notification via a VR headset worn by a user entail a number of aspects. In an embodiment, a person is detected entering a physical location occupied by the user of the VR headset during a VR session. This detection may occur via one or more sensors on the VR headset. In response to detecting that a person has entered the location, a representation of the person is generated and displayed to the user via the VR headset as part of the VR session. In this way, the headset user may be made aware of people in their physical environment without necessarily leaving the VR session.

A computing device includes a control system that communicates with multiple sensors that capture data regarding a user. The control system communicates with each of the sensors to obtain information regarding the capabilities of each sensor, and uses this capability information to determine how to configure each of the sensors. The control system also selects one of the multiple sensors to be the master sensor, and the rest of the multiple sensors are slave sensors, and notifies the multiple sensors of whether they are a slave sensor or a master sensor. The master sensor collects sensor data for the multiple sensors, capturing data itself as well as receiving data captured by the slave sensors from the slave sensors. The master sensor sends an indication of the collected data (e.g., the collected data itself or data resulting from processing the collected data) to the control system for analysis and/or processing.

A foldable device includes a first housing portion, a second housing portion, and a hinge structure joined therebetween to permit the foldable device to be folded along an axis between an open mode and a closed mode. Touch sensors are disposed along one or more of the first housing portion or the second housing portion. The device includes a module implemented at least partially in hardware and configured to: determine touch sensor physical proximity; responsive to the touch sensor physical proximity not being less than a threshold, determine that the foldable device is in the open mode and cause the foldable device to be operated in a single sensor mode; and responsive to the touch sensor physical proximity being less than the threshold, determine that the foldable device is in a closed mode and cause the foldable device to be operated in a cumulative sensor mode.
