A volatile material atomizing device comprises a housing having a fan, a fluid outlet, a plurality of air inlets and a plurality of air outlets. The plurality of air outlets are positioned at least partially around the fluid outlet. A fluid reservoir includes a wick and containing a volatile material. The fluid reservoir is disposed within the housing. An atomizing assembly is in fluid communication with the wick and positioned in the housing. The atomizing assembly is configured to dispense the volatile material out of the fluid outlet.

A volatile material dispenser may include a housing adapted to hold a refill containing a volatile material and a nebulizer in communication with the refill and the volatile material within the refill, wherein the nebulizer is adapted to volatilize and emit the volatile material as nebulized particles. The nebulizer may include a piezoelectric element having a central aperture and first and second opposing surfaces and an orifice plate disposed adjacent the first surface of the piezoelectric element.

A portable volatile material dispenser includes a housing having a top wall and at least one side wall and an opening formed within the top wall of the housing. A container holding a fluid is disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the volatile material actuator. A product dispensing system includes a housing that has a sidewall with at least one communication element provided thereon. The sidewall has at least a first side and a second different side coupled to the first side, the first side and the second side each configured to extend below a bottom of a container coupled to the housing. A control circuit for color changing LED devices with volatile active emissions and hidden input jacks is disclosed. The circuit allows the device to use variously sized power adapters, and a plurality of colored LEDs positioned so as to emit a colored light show. The circuit also includes a volatile active dispenser to control volatile active emission rates. A hidden input jack is also disposed to provide additional power as required. Thus, the circuit provides the combination of illumination and/or ambient light, colored light shows, volatile active emission control, and combinations thereof, within a single standalone device.

A volatile material dispenser includes an upper housing with an opening extending therethrough and a lower housing with an opening extending therethrough, wherein the upper housing is secured to the lower housing to define a cavity therebetween. Electrical circuitry is disposed within the cavity, wherein the electrical circuitry includes a heater and a USB interface that extends from the upper and lower housings. Further, a volatile material cartridge is disposed within the cavity. The dispenser is adapted to dispense volatile material from the volatile material cartridge through the openings in the upper and lower housings in a passive mode and an active mode, wherein the USB interface is coupled to a power source to energize the heater in the active mode.
