A citation system may receive data, including an image, from a handheld photo enforcement unit and issue a citation based on the image with minimal officer input. The citation system manipulates photos to identify license plate numbers involved in an event. The citation system requests identification from a driver database, issues a citation, and forwards the citation according to information from the driver database.

Handheld photo enforcement systems and methods

A dual input AC/DC power converter () having dual inputs () adapted to receive both an AC and DC input and provide a selectable DC voltage output () and a second DC output (). The dual input AC/DC power converter () comprises a power converter circuit () having an AC-to-DC converter (), a DC-to-DC booster converter (), a feedback circuit (), a filter circuit () and a DC-to-DC buck converter (). Advantageously, the power converter () resolves many of system management problems associated with carrying all of the different interface components necessary to power a wide variety of mobile products from either an AC or DC power supply. In addition, the power converter () also advantageously includes dual output voltage terminals () to allow for multiple mobile devices of varying power requirements to be powered, simultaneously, by a single converter.

Methods and systems for programmable power adaptors that can be programmed to adapt electrical power for one or more electronic devices. A programmable power adaptor optionally includes a user interface and/or other user input mechanism(s), which allows users to preset voltage requirements for one or more electronic devices. The pre-settings are stored in memory for future use. The programmable power adaptor is optionally configurable for multiple electronic devices, and/or multiple users. The programmable power adaptor optionally informs users of faults, proper device usage, and/or provides database access.

Dual input AC and DC power supply having a programmable DC output utilizing a modular programmable feedback loop

A dual input battery assisted power converter ( ) which provides a continuous, regulated DC voltage output to a user-connected mobile device, such as, a lap top computer or a cell phone, for example. The power converter ( ) comprises a power supply circuit ( ) and a separate, detachable power storage circuit comprising a battery pack ( ) having a re-chargeable battery ( ). The power supply ( ) is adapted to deliver a pair of regulated DC output voltages, of opposite voltage potentials, to a pair of respective output terminals. Preferably these output voltages are derived from two external input voltages: an AC input voltage and a DC input voltage. Advantageously, if both of the external input voltages are temporarily removed, the battery pack ( ) will advantageously serve as a substitute DC input power source, thereby allowing the power supply ( ) to deliver the same regulated DC output voltage to the user-connected mobile device without interruption. Moreover, once either of the external input voltages are again re-established, the battery pack ( ) automatically taps the output terminal of the power supply ( ) at a node to recharge the battery pack ( ).

A multipurpose golfer's tool is disclosed comprising a body and a divot repair tool slidably received within the body. The divot repair tool comprises a fork-like end and a distal end opposite the fork-like end. A cover is hingedly attached to the distal end and is positioned on the exterior of the body. The cover is easily manipulable to slide the divot repair tool from a retracted position within the body to an operating position. The cover also has a generally planar surface for imprinting indicia thereon. The tool further comprises a pencil sharpener mounted in the body, a detachable ball marker mounted on the body, and a club head groove cleaner mounted on the body.
