A computer-implemented cognitive assessment tool is provided for assessing cognitive ability of an individual while multi-tasking. In one embodiment, a computer processing system on which the tool is implemented may receive form the individual first responses to a first task and second responses to a second task, where the first task and the second task are presented to the individual simultaneously. The system may determine that the first task and the second task are performed by the individual based on the first responses and the second responses, and compute a cognitive measure using one or both of the first responses and the second responses. Further, computing the cognitive measure may be based on performance measures of one or both of the first responses and the second responses. Based on the cognitive measure, the system may output a cognitive assessment to the individual.

Processor implemented systems and methods for measuring cognitive abilities

Systems and methods for generating a personalized cognitive treatment recommendation for an individual. The system includes one or more processors; and a memory to store processor-executable instructions. Upon execution of the instructions, the one or more processors receive parameters for at least one cognitive treatment tool; receive physiological data indicative of a condition of the individual, and/or clinical data associated with the individual; and generate the personalized cognitive treatment recommendation based on the physiological data and/or the clinical data. The recommendation includes a specification of (i) at least one first cognitive treatment tool, (ii) at least one second cognitive treatment tool different from the at least one first cognitive treatment tool, or (iii) both (i) and (ii). Optionally, the one or more processors receive performance data indicative of the individual's performance of at least one task associated with the at least one cognitive treatment tool of the recommendation.

The invention relates to methods of treating baldness, treating alopecia, promoting hair growth, and/or promoting hair follicle development and/or activation or stimulation on an area of the skin of a subject (for example, a human) by subjecting said area of the skin to integumental perturbation. The apparatus also can be configured to adapt the tasks and/or interferences to enhance the individual's cognitive abilities.

Platforms to implement signal detection metrics in adaptive response-deadline procedures

A needling device may be used for needling of a subject's skin, and a drug applicator device may be used for applying a drug to a subject's skin. For example, a needling device may be applied to a subject's skin for hair growth applications, or may be used for wrinkle, scar, or tattoo removal. A drug applicator device may be used for multiple drug application purposes such as applying a hair growth compound to the skin of a subject.
