A light fixture includes a forward housing, a forward LED light source disposed in the forward housing and configured to project light in a forward direction, a rear housing, a rear LED light source mounted in the rear housing and configured to project light circumferentially, a switch, a power supply, and a light control circuit including dimming means. The power supply and control circuit are configured to connect to a power source, with the switch operative to selectively energize both the forward and rear LED light sources.

The present disclosure is directed towards an LED based trimless recessed light fixture wherein the outermost diffuser lens of the recessed fixture provides illumination and extends outward covering the entire ceiling aperture. No additional decorative trim elements or baffles are required and the diffuser lens both illuminates and covers the ceiling aperture to provide a smooth illuminated unitary appearance. This outermost diffuser lens is illuminated from above by a illumination system which includes a ring support on which the LEDs may be mounted, along with an optical stack which collects light output from the LEDs and both illuminates and redirects the light through the outermost diffuser lens. This outermost diffuser lens provides appearance of smooth continuous illumination output along its entire surface and while also covering aperture edges formed in the ceiling for the recessed fixture.

The present disclosure sets forth a motion sensing outdoor security light with the flexibility of being mounted to either a wall structure or to an eave or ceiling structure. An adjustable spherical motion sensor housing may be provided with the rotationally adjustable outdoor security light, allowing easy adjustment of motion detection ranges under different mounting schemes without comprising the aesthetic design of the light. The adjustable spherical motion sensor housing may also provide an enlarged horizontal field of view for better performance. Sensitivity of a motion sensor may be adjusted via a control circuit based on adjustment of the spherical motion sensor housing.

The present disclosure sets forth a motion sensing outdoor security light with the flexibility of being mounted to either a wall structure or to an eave or ceiling structure. A mounting plate assembly is disclosed having two or more spring clamp structures each being displaceably engageable with a respective guide slot formed on a rear face of the mounting plate. Each spring clamp structure has a spring support bracket provided with a bottom retention base displaceably retained captive by their guide slot. The spring support bracket may have a securing sleeve slidingly coupled thereto and displaceable along a vertical axis to the mounting plate. The spring support bracket may have a retention spring coupled thereto. The securing sleeve and the retention spring each have one or more arresting formations for retention coupling with selected ones of the two or more spaced-apart retention formations disposed spaced-apart along the guide slot when the support bracket is positioned over selected ones of the retention formations.

The present disclosure sets forth an outdoor security light with the flexibility of being mounted to either a wall structure or to an eave or ceiling structure. The security light can be adjusted for each installation without the necessity of changing hardware elements of the security luminaire. Disclosed designs include a luminaire housing having a housing mount which is removably received within a housing mount attached to a structure. An electrical interface between the two may be provided to provide electrical power to the luminaire housing and provide communication therebetween.

A dual LED light fixture is comprised by a lower LED light source housing and an upper LED light source housing. A lower LED light source is mounted in the lower light source housing to generate downlight. An upper LED light source is mounted in the upper LED light source housing and remote from an outer circumferential light transmitting outer side area of the upper light source housing and from which is emitted side light illumination. An LED power supply and light control circuit mounted in the LED light fixture and adapted for connection to a power source. The LED light power supply and control circuit has a dimming circuit and a lower and upper driver current supply circuit. A switch is operative to connect driver current to the upper LED light source when actuated to an 'on' position and to disconnect driver current to the upper LED light source when in a normal “off” position. The switch is operative for engagement to its “on” position when desirable to provide drive current to the upper light source and illumination from both the lower and upper LED light sources of the LED light fixture. Various embodiments of the LED light fixture is described.

The present disclosure sets forth a security light with the flexibility of modifying the color output of the light source by using simple mechanical color filters mounted over the light source. The security light may comprise at least one lamp head with a light source, an inner lens, a filter frame element, an outer lens, an exchangeable mechanical color filter, a locking mechanism, and a sealing mechanism.
