A suspension system for a work vehicle includes a shock absorber including a fluid, a coil positioned at least partially in the fluid, a sensor configured to detect a work status of the work vehicle, and a controller. The controller is configured to determine the work status of parked or operational based on the sensor, determine an electrical resistance of the coil in a shock absorber based on the work status, predict a temperature of a fluid in the shock absorber based on the electrical resistance of the coil, provide an electric current in the coil based on the predicted temperature of the fluid, determine the electrical resistance of the coil while the electric current is on, and terminate the electric current in the coil based on the work status and the predicted temperature.

Suspension system for a work vehicle

A suspension system for an operator station of a work vehicle having a chassis includes a subframe structure, a plurality of mounting pads, a plurality of shock absorbers, a rear lateral rod, a front stabilizer, and a pitch control stabilizer. The plurality of mounting pads is positioned on a top surface of the subframe structure. The plurality of shock absorbers connects between the chassis and the subframe structure near each of the mounting pads. The rear lateral rod connects to the rear side of the subframe structure and to the chassis. The front stabilizer connects to the front side of the subframe structure and to the chassis. The pitch control stabilizer connects to the right side of the subframe structure and to the chassis.

Suspension system for an operator station of a work vehicle

A suspension system for a work vehicle includes a first cylinder having a piston side, a second cylinder having a piston side, and a first valve connected to the first and second cylinders, which extend and retract during a roll condition of the suspension system. The first valve selectively enables and restricts fluid flow between the piston side of the first cylinder and the piston side of the second cylinder to adjust a roll resistance of the suspension system.

A linkage assembly couples a plunger of a brake valve to a manually operated brake input member. The linkage assembly includes a pushrod and a resilient member. The pushrod has an end member which is engagable with the plunger. The resilient member is attached to the pushrod end member. The resilient member has an end which is engagable with the plunger when the pushrod end member is spaced apart from the plunger. The resilient member deforms to allow the pushrod end member to directly engage the plunger when the pushrod end member is moved towards the plunger. One of the end and resilient members surrounds a portion of the other of the end and resilient members. The resilient member may be a sleeve which surrounds an end portion of the pushrod. Or, the resilient member may be surrounded by a hollow end portion of the pushrod.

Linkage assembly

A integrated outboard wet disk brake comprises a one-piece casting including a power plate, an upper portion and a lower portion. The power plate provides a backing surface for a sealed annular housing for brake cooling fluid, and having a central opening. The upper portion extends radially and axially from the power plate above the central opening, and is pivotably connected to a first component of an independent wheel suspension. The lower portion extends radially and axially from the power plate below the central opening, and is pivotably connected to a second component of the independent wheel suspension.
