A roof edge mounting bracket preferably includes a base member and a vertical attachment flange. The base member extends outward in a horizontal orientation from the vertical attachment flange. A lower portion of the vertical attachment flange extends below the base member and an upper portion of the vertical attachment flange extends above the base member. A plurality of staggered fastener openings are preferably formed through the base member. An angled roof edge bracket includes a base member and a vertical attachment flange. The base member extends from the vertical attachment flange at an acute angle. A cantilevered roof edge bracket preferably includes a cantilevered base member and a vertical attachment flange. A roof edge angle bracket includes a base member and a vertical attachment flange. A roof edge vertical bracket preferably includes a vertical attachment flange, a bottom offset lip and an upper retaining lip.

A roof edge mounting bracket preferably includes a base member and a vertical attachment flange. The base member extends outward in a horizontal orientation from the vertical attachment flange. A lower portion of the vertical attachment flange extends below the base member and an upper portion of the vertical attachment flange extends above the base member. The roof edge bracket has a plurality of variations. A canted fascia with roof edge bracket preferably includes an anchor bar, a roof edge bracket, an S-clip, a water dam and a fascia cover. A vertical member of the roof edge bracket and a vertical portion of the water dam are retained in the S-clip. A horizontal portion of the roof edge bracket is secured to a top of a wall. A lengthwise base member of the anchor bar is attached to the vertical portion of the roof edge bracket.

A parapet wall cover system includes a clip support, at least one spring support clip and a cover channel. The at least one spring support clip is attached to a top of the clip support channel. The cover channel includes a top surface, a first side surface and a second side surface. The parapet cover system is preferably attached to a parapet wall in the following manner. The clip support is attached to a top of the parapet wall. The at least one spring support clip is secured to the clip support. The cover channel is pushed on to either the clip support channel or the at least one spring support clip and is retained thereby. A vented parapet cover system includes a perforated clip support. A perforated closure may be substituted for the perforated support channel.

A roof edging system includes an anchor bar, an extension cleat attachable to the anchor bar, and a cover plate applied over the anchor bar and extension cleat. The anchor bar may be of a generally uniform size and shape and the extension cleat may be of varying sizes. The anchor bar and extension cleat are secured to the exterior of the building using fasteners inserted through a number of apertures in each member. The engagement of the anchor bar with the roof provides a waterproof seal between a roofing membrane placed on the roof and the anchor bar. The extension cleat provides a means to vary the overall length of the assembly. A durable cover plate may then be attached over the anchor bar and extension cleat to provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the periphery of the roof of the building.

A roof edging system for providing a functional and aesthetically pleasing appearance of a periphery of a building roof is provided. The system includes a rail positioned about an upper perimeter of a building. The rail is also constructed to sealingly engage a roofing membrane placed about the roof that is free of perforations. A cover or fascia engages the rail and is secured to the rail without fasteners. Such a construction provides a roof edging system, which can be quickly secured to a building and provides an exterior surface.

Roof edging system

A lighted roof edge assembly is provided. The roof edge assembly can be formed as a conventional coping or fascia assembly that includes a cover plate attachable to a roof edge through the use of an anchor member secured to the roof edge. The cover plate includes a channel in which is disposed a retainer. The retainer is releasably engageable with a lighting element that can be selectively switched on to illuminate the area of the structure to which the assembly is attached directly around the assembly.

A roof edging system for providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the periphery of a building roof is provided. The system includes an anchor bar releasably engageable with an anchor cleat having any desired width. After the anchor bar and anchor cleat are engaged with one another, the anchor bar and anchor cleat are secured to the exterior of the building using fasteners inserted through a number of apertures in the anchor bar and anchor cleat. The engagement of the anchor bar with the roof provides a waterproof seal between a roofing membrane placed on the roof and the anchor bar. A durable cover plate of a desired size may then be engaged with the anchor cleat and anchor bar to obscure the anchor cleat and anchor bar and provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the periphery of the roof of the building.

A fascia assembly for securing a rubber membrane against the surface of a roof, the fascia comprising a rigid base plate including a generally planar vertical portion adapted to be secured to the generally vertical edge portion of the roof and to clampingly engage a portion of the rubber membrane to secure the rubber membrane against the vertical edge portion of the roof, and including a generally planar horizontal portion adapted to engage a portion of the membrane supported by the upper surface of the roof adjacent the edge and to secure the membrane against the upper surface of the roof. The fascia assembly further includes a cover plate for providing a decorative cover over the base plate, and a spring clip for supporting the cover plate relative to the base plate. The base plate, cover plate and spring clip being fabricated from bended sheet metal blanks.
