Devices, systems, and methods for selectively emitting scent control material responsive to local conditions of a scent control device. The local conditions may dictate the effectiveness of a given set of output parameters of a scent control device. The scent control device accepts as input, one or more conditional inputs carrying information about the local conditions around the scent control device, such as weather conditions, elevation, barometric pressure, or functional status of the scent control device. Operational programs corresponding to the conditional inputs may be automatically selected based on the combination of conditional inputs to cause the output parameters of the scent control device to match or take into account the local conditions. The scent control device then outputs scent control material such as ozone at a rate effective to control one or more scents to a level that is not perceivable by animals or humans.

Embodiments disclosed herein relate to air flow control blinds or tents useful for controlling scents emitted therefrom. The air flow control blinds can include walls, a roof, windows in the walls, and at least one directional vent disposed on the walls, where the at least one directional vent includes an inlet on the inner surface of the blind and an outlet fluidly connected to the inlet, the outlet facing downward on the outer surface of the blind to direct fluids flowing therethrough towards the ground. The air flow control blinds may include one or more roof vents adjacent to the walls on the roof. The air flow control blind includes at least one oxidant generator mount on one or more of the roof or the walls to mount an oxidant generator thereon. Blind systems can include a portable oxidant generator positioned in the blind.

Systems and methods for detecting descented material

The present invention provides a method and apparatus for controlling a concentration of descenting particles within a temporary structure. The temporary structure comprises a plurality of sidewalls and a roof interconnecting the sidewalls. A plurality of selectively openable and closeable upper windows and lower vents are disposed in the sidewalls. The lower vents are disposed at a location below the upper windows. An ozone generator is disposed within and coupled to the temporary structure to produce descenting particles that are controlled within a hunting zone of the temporary structure to be between about 0.04 and 0.1 ppm.

The systems and methods comprise providing a plurality of packages. At least one of the plurality of packages containing a predetermined amount of a contraband substance. Further, the systems and methods comprise generating a gaseous stream of descenting material from a portable device. The gaseous stream of descenting material contains ozone. Further, the systems and methods comprise dispersing the gaseous stream of descenting material over the contraband in a concentration sufficient to eliminate the scent. The descented contraband may be placed in an enclosure for transport. Further, the systems and methods comprise introducing a service animal to the plurality of packages. Finally, the systems and methods comprise rewarding the service animal for the successful detection of the at least one of the plurality of packages containing the ozone-based scent remover.

The present invention, in certain aspects, discloses systems and methods for treating a human being and/or items with descenting material, the systems, in certain aspects, including a generator for producing descenting material, and, in certain aspects at least one direction apparatus in communication with the generator for receiving produced descenting material from the generator and for directing said descenting material in a desired direction.
