An stent delivery system may include a delivery device and a tubular body having a lumen sized to slidably fit about an outer diameter of the delivery device and a drainage stent having an anchoring mechanism, wherein the delivery device includes a constraining member configured to engage an external portion of the tubular body at the proximal end of the delivery device. A method of delivering a stent may include inserting a tubular body into the port of an endoscope, inserting a stent delivery device and a stent having an anchoring mechanism into the tubular body, wherein the delivery device includes a constraining member configured to engage and retain the tubular body at the proximal end of the delivery device, advancing the drainage stent distally through the tubular body, sliding the tubular body proximally, and engaging an external portion of the tubular body with the constraining member.

Stent delivery system

An example medical device is disclosed. The example medical device includes an elongate member having proximal end region and a distal end region. The medical device also includes an end effector having a proximal end region and a distal end region. Additionally, the medical device includes a connection member coupled to the distal end region of the elongate member and the proximal end region of the end effector, the connection member having a first outer surface and a first outer diameter. The medical device also includes a first bushing positioned adjacent to the connection member, the first bushing having a second outer surface and a second outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter.

Medical device connection member

A catheter having a distal tip comprising two sections of different hardness, and a method of making the same, is herein disclosed. The first section of the two sections is distal to the second section of the two sections and the second section is comprised of a material that is harder than the material of the first section. Additionally, the distal tip is bonded to a catheter shaft and the material of the catheter shaft is harder than the material of the first and second sections. The material of the catheter shaft, first section, and second section can comprise polyether block amide, with each section and the catheter shaft having different properties.

An improved siding clip includes a planar sheet having a lower fold section having a lower end and an upper generally triangular securement section including at least one fastener hole formed therein. The lower fold section includes a generally upright upper section generally adjacent the upper triangular securement section, and a siding edge receiving and retaining structure is mounted on the upper section of the lower fold section which includes a generally L-shaped wall extending rearwards and downwards from the upper section and a plate spring mounted adjacent the generally L-shaped wall operative to bias the siding clip upwards relative to the siding section held within the generally L-shaped wall to frictionally secure the siding clip on the siding section. The lower fold section is bent forwardly, then downwardly and then rearwardly to form a general 'C'-shape channel operative to receive and retain a siding portion therein.
