A displaying control apparatus displays an image which represents a predetermined speed range by a displaying device of an own vehicle while executing a moving speed control, or displays an image which represents a predetermined distance range by the displaying device while executing an inter-vehicle distance control. While executing the moving speed control, the displaying control apparatus display the image representing the predetermined speed range such that the own vehicle or an image representing the own vehicle is displayed within the image representing the predetermined speed range. While executing the inter-vehicle distance control, the displaying control apparatus displays the image representing the predetermined distance range such that the own vehicle or the image representing the own vehicle is displayed within the image representing the predetermined distance range.

Provided is a setting change assist apparatus for a vehicle configured to: determine whether a setting change request for changing a setting state of driving support control is issued; when determining that the setting change request is issued, notify a driver of confirmation information including information on a content of the setting change request and information on a predetermined approval operation with respect to the setting change request; and change the setting state of the driving support control in accordance with the setting change request when the driver performs the approval operation.

A voice interaction system performs a voice interaction with a user. The voice interaction system includes: topic detection means for estimating a topic of the voice interaction and detecting a change in the topic that has been estimated; and ask-again detection means for detecting, when the change in the topic has been detected by the topic detection means, the user's voice as ask-again by the user based on prosodic information on the user's voice.

A voice interaction system performs a voice interaction with a user. The voice interaction system includes: ask-again detection means for detecting ask-again by the user; response-sentence generation means for generating, when the ask-again has been detected by the ask-again detection means, a response sentence for the ask-again in response to the ask-again based on a response sentence responding to the user before the ask-again; and storage means for storing a history of the voice interaction with the user. The response-sentence generation means generates, when the response sentence includes a word whose frequency of appearance in the history of the voice interaction in the storage means is equal to or smaller than a first predetermined value, a response sentence for the ask-again formed of only this word or a response sentence for the ask-again in which this word is emphasized in the response sentence.
