A wellhead monitoring system includes a conversion assembly, the conversion assembly including an actuator element for modifying an operating mode of a valve from manual to remote. The system also includes one or more sensors, associated at least one of a fracturing tree or the conversion assembly, the one or more sensors obtaining wellhead operating conditions. The system further includes a control unit, adapted to receive information from the one or more sensors, the control unit presenting the information, on a display, and transmitting the information to a remote system for analysis.

Surface completion system for operations and monitoring

A wellhead valve control system includes a removable actuator adapted to couple to a valve, the valve being operable via a first operational mode. The system also includes an actuator element associated with the removable actuator, the actuator element operable to modify the first operational mode of the valve to a second operational mode, the second operational mode being different from the first operational mode. The system further includes a control panel, positioned remotely from the valve, the control panel configured to control the actuator element to adjust a valve position in the second operational mode.

Embodiments of the present disclosure include an apparatus for transporting fluids including a chassis having wheels and a hitch, the hitch arranged at a first end and the wheels arranged at a second end. The apparatus also includes a high pressure trunk line extending along a length of the chassis, the high pressure trunk line having high pressure inlets for coupling one or more lines directing high pressure fluids into the high pressure trunk line. The apparatus includes one or more low pressure lines, the one or more low pressure lines arranged proximate the high pressure trunk line and having suction outlets along the length of the chassis. The apparatus includes an inlet manifold positioned at the second end of the chassis, the inlet manifold being coupled to the one or more low pressure lines to supply a low pressure fluid to the one or more low pressure lines.

Embodiments of the present disclosure include a remote well servicing system including a control unit and a remote servicing manifold. The control unit further includes a service fluid source and a control system. The remote servicing manifold further includes a fluid input line coupled to the service fluid source, a fluid output line couplable to a well component, and a valve coupled to the fluid input line and the fluid output line, wherein the valve, when actuated, places the fluid input line in fluid communication with the fluid output line and permits delivery of a service fluid from the service fluid source to the well component. The remote servicing manifold also includes a control line coupling the valve and the control system wherein the control system controls actuation of the valve via the control line.

Remote well servicing systems and methods

An overpressure safety system for use with a distribution of pressurized fluid associated with hydrocarbon production operations includes a safety valve in fluid communication with a main bore of a fluid control manifold assembly. The safety valve has a blocking condition where the safety valve blocks a flow of pressurized fluid through the safety valve, and a venting condition where the safety valve provides a fluid flow path for the pressurized fluid at a set overpressure to pass through the safety valve. A valve member is moveable within the safety valve between a first position where a pressure side of the valve member blocks the flow of the pressurized fluid at a pressure below the set overpressure from passing through the safety valve, and a second position where the valve member provides a fluid flow path for the pressurized fluid at any pressure to pass through the safety valve.

Safety systems for isolating overpressure during pressurized fluid operations

Embodiments of the present disclosure include a multi-inlet fracturing head (MIFH) having a first inlet channel extending through a body of the MIFH, the first inlet channel being substantially perpendicular to an axis of the MIFH and directing fluid into a first flow passage of the MIFH. The MIFH also includes a second inlet channel extending through the body of the MIFH, the second inlet channel being at an angle relative to the axis and directing fluid into the first flow passage of the MIFH.

A method for remotely controlling services to a well during hydraulic fracturing operations includes generating a high pressure fluid and pumping the high pressure fluid into a subterranean geologic formation through a wellbore of a first well, the high pressure fluid being provided at a sufficient pressure to fracture the subterranean geologic formation. The method also includes performing a service on a second well, the second well being located within a pressure zone defined around the first well and the second well. The method further includes controlling the performance of the service from a remote operations hub.

A flow system for use at a hydraulic fracturing well site, including a tree attached to a wellhead, an inlet head in fluid communication with at least one hydraulic fracturing pump at the well site, and an adjustable fluid conduit providing fluid communication between the inlet head and the tree. The flow system further includes a valve in the fluid conduit and having an open position and a closed position, the valve permitting fluid flow through the fluid conduit when in the open position, and preventing fluid flow through the fluid conduit when in the closed position, at least a portion of the fluid conduit positioned between the valve and the tree.

Systems and methods for fracturing a multiple well pad

A fracturing system includes a fracturing spool that mounts onto a wellhead assembly for injecting fracturing fluid into a well beneath the wellhead assembly. The fracturing system includes an isolation sleeve and fracturing spool. The isolation sleeve inserts in an axial bore of the fracturing spool, and has a lower end that extends into the wellhead to isolate and protect portions of the wellhead assembly from the fracturing fluid. A groove in an inner surface of the fracturing spool receives an annular seal for sealing between the isolation sleeve and fracturing spool. Injecting a viscous fluid into the groove energizes the seal, and blocks high pressure fracturing fluid from flowing between the isolation sleeve and fracturing spool.

High pressure isolation system for well stimulation through production tubing

A method for remotely controlling services to a well during hydraulic fracturing operations includes generating a high pressure fluid. The high pressure fluid is pumped into a subterranean geologic formation through a wellbore of a first well at a pressure to fracture the subterranean geologic formation. The method also includes performing a service on a second well that is located within a pressure zone defined around the first well and the second well. The method further includes controlling the performance of the service from a remote operations hub located outside of the pressure zone. The pumping into the first well may be performed simultaneously with the service on the second well.
