There is provided a method of producing a composite which is capable of suitably forming a silicone resin layer for preventing the facilitated transport film from entering the porous support in an acidic gas separation film formed by forming a facilitated transport film on a porous support, and the composite. The problem is solved by the method of producing a composite including hydrophilizing the surface of the porous support using a roll-to-roll system; and coating the hydrophilized surface of the porous support with a silicone coating solution that becomes the silicone resin layer using the roll-to-roll system.

Provided is a stack-type lens array capable of preventing a lens from peeling off due to stress during dicing or vibration and impact when used. The stack-type lens array is formed by stacking and bonding two lens sheets in which micro lenses are arranged on a flat portion at predetermined intervals. Antireflection films are vapor-deposited on a convex surface and a concave surface of the lens and a light shielding film is vapor-deposited such that a circular opening is formed at the center of the concave surface. The opening serves as a diaphragm aperture of the lens. An exposed surface in which neither the antireflection film nor the light shielding film is vapor-deposited is provided outside the light shielding film between adjacent lenses. A dicing line is set at the center of the exposed surface. An adhesive layer is formed in a predetermined pattern on the exposed surface.

A lens module capable of preventing a deterioration of optical properties and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided. Optical axes of lens portions of superimposed lens arrays are aligned. Substrate portions of the other lens arrays of the superimposed lens arrays except the lowermost lens array are cut by a first cutting portion. Subsequently, thermosetting resins are supplied from a gap between cut surfaces of the cut substrate portion so as to fill a gap between the substrate portions of the superimposed lens arrays with the thermosetting resins and to cause the thermosetting resins to integrally cover the cut surfaces of the substrate portion and a surface of the substrate portion of the uppermost lens array. The present invention mainly relates to a cylindrical battery provided with a wound-type electrode plate group, and to a manufacturing method thereof. An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method by which a cylindrical battery can be produced at high productivity, without a welding electrode attaching to a current collector plate during connection of the current collector plate to a battery case. In the present invention, the maximum diameter of a hollow cylindrical portion of an electrode plate group is &#x2159; or more and 2/6 or less of that of the electrode plate group; and a current collector having one first projection and a plurality of second projections are used. The one projection and the plurality of second projections are disposed on a face of the current collector plate facing an inner bottom face of the battery case, and protrude toward the inner bottom face side of the battery case. The height of the first projection is higher than that of the second projection. Further, the welding electrode used during connection of the current collector plate to the battery case has a maximum diameter of 60% or more and 100% or less of that of the hollow cylindrical portion of the electrode plate group, and is 4 mm.

A vibration reduction system has a vibration reduction film and a control unit. The vibration reduction film is constituted of a vibration sensor film, an insulating layer, and a vibration actuator film that are stacked in this order. In each of the vibration sensor film and the vibration actuator film, two pairs of electrodes are formed on both surfaces of a piezoelectric polymer film into a pattern based on a particular mode of vibration. The electrodes of the vibration sensor film overlap with the electrodes of the vibration actuator film. In response to electric charge signals from the electrodes of the vibration sensor film, the particular mode of vibration is detected. By application of voltages into the electrodes of the vibration actuator film, a vibration of opposite phase is generated to counteract the detected vibration.

A cylindrical battery includes an electrode plate assembly, a positive electrode collector welded to a projecting portion of a core material for a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode collector having a plurality of projections at its lower surface. The negative electrode collector is also welded to a projecting portion of a core material for a negative electrode plate at its upper surface. The cylindrical battery further includes a metal case for accommodating the electrode plate assembly. The projections of the negative electrode collector are welded to an inner bottom surface of the metal case. The projections of the negative electrode collector are arranged at a plurality of locations in a region between a portion opposed to a hollow cylindrical portion of the electrode plate assembly and a peripheral portion.

After accommodating an electrode group in a battery case having a substantially square transverse cross section, making an opening head of the battery case into a cylindrical shape through compression molding, an annular groove is formed by pressing a groove-forming roller sideways against a side surface of the opening head while rotating the battery case with a pressing force being kept applied to the battery case in an axial direction from the opening portion side, or alternatively pressing the groove-forming roller against the opening head from the side surface thereof and concurrently displacing the groove-forming roller in a direction toward the opening portion of the battery case while rotating the battery case. After having an annular supporting portion that bulges inward of the battery case support an opening-sealing member, the opening-sealing member is fixed through caulking by bending the opening end portion of the battery case inward, whereby a battery is manufactured.
