In an injection molding machine including a base, a pivot pin provided on the base, and an injection unit supported by the pivot pin so as to be pivotable relative to the base in a pivoting direction, the injection molding machine is equipped with a rod-shaped member configured to cause the injection unit to pivot in the pivoting direction by pushing the injection unit, and a first support member provided on the base and configured to be screw-engaged with the rod-shaped member.

A phase adjusting device includes: a torque acquisition unit acquiring a torque; a position acquisition unit acquiring the rotational position of the first motor; a first motor control unit rotating the first motor in a first rotational direction until the torque exceeds a threshold, and then in a second rotational direction until the torque exceeds the threshold again; a storage control unit storing, in a storage unit, a first rotational position when the first motor is rotated in the first rotational direction and the torque exceeds the threshold and a second rotational position when the first motor is rotated in the second rotational direction and the torque exceeds the threshold again; a phase position calculator calculating a third rotational position, based on the first and second rotational positions; and a second motor control unit rotating the first motor to the third rotational position.

An injection device is equipped with a brake mechanism provided on a rotary shaft of an injection motor extending toward a screw side along an axial direction of the screw and configured to brake rotation of the rotary shaft, an injection motor connecting portion extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axial direction, and an injection motor supporting portion connected to the injection motor connecting portion so as to be adjustable in position relative to the injection motor connecting portion, and configured to support the injection motor and the brake mechanism.

An injection device includes a spline supporting member rotatably supporting a spline shaft and attached to a pressure plate, and a nut supporting member rotatably supporting a spline nut and attached to a rear plate. The spline supporting member is provided with a spline positioning mechanism for adjusting the mounting position of the spline supporting member. The nut supporting member is provided with a nut positioning mechanism for adjusting the mounting position of the nut supporting member. The spline supporting member and the nut supporting member are formed with holes for axial-center checking, rods being inserted through the holes.

A mounting stand for an injection molding machine has a base member and an erecting member, to which an injection apparatus is attached, vertically arranged on the base member, and is movable with respect to a support supporting the base member. The mounting stand includes a base member protruding portion provided upward from the base member around a portion at which the base member comes into contact with the erecting member, and an anchored portion at which a side surface of the base member protruding portion is anchored to a side surface of the erecting member.

When an injection member such as a screw injecting a molten material into a mold is attached to an injection molding machine, a buffer spacer is provided between the injection member and a power transmission member such as an injection shaft sleeve transmitting forward/backward moving power to the injection member. Then, the buffer spacer is fixed to the power transmission member by a bolt.

A drive mechanism of an injection molding machine includes a position adjustment part capable of adjusting a relative position between a rear plate and a motor fixing member. The position adjustment part includes a plurality of screw holes formed in the motor fixing member, a plurality of bolts threadedly engaged with these screw holes, and an abutting part that abuts on these bolts. These bolts are rotated to abut on the abutting part, so that the relative position between the rear plate and the motor fixing member can be adjusted.

Drive mechanism of injection molding machine

A pusher plate is divided into two parts, first and second pusher plates, which can be connected to and disconnected from each other by a bolt. The first pusher plate is fitted with an injection screw and supported on a base by a position adjustment mechanism. The second pusher plate is fitted with a drive unit capable of moving the first pusher plate in a longitudinal direction and supported by a tie bar connecting a front plate and a rear plate.
