A vertical motor with a cooling structure for an electrical operation machine is provided. The vertical motor includes a driving shaft, having a rotational axis and arranged along a vertical direction; a rotor, rotating with the driving shaft; a stator, arranged around the rotor; a winding, arranged around the stator; a housing, having a wall portion and a bottom portion and accommodating the driving shaft, the rotor and the stator; and an oil sump, provided on the bottom portion of the housing for accumulating a cooling fluid in a manner that a lower portion of the winding is immersed in the cooling fluid. The oil sump has an inner peripheral side wall, the inner peripheral side wall is vertically arranged with respect to the bottom portion of the housing and positioned at an inner side than the lower portion of the winding.

Cooling structure of vertical motor

A pipe erroneous assembly preventing structure includes a pipe and a case. The pipe includes a stay in which a stay-side abutting portion and a stay claw portion intersect with each other in an L shape. The case includes a hole forming portion; a first protrusion portion provided in the hole forming portion; a case-side abutting portion which is recessed in the first protrusion portion and to which the stay-side abutting portion of the stay abuts, and a second protrusion portion protruding from the case wall surface. In a case where a length of the stay claw portion in the insertion direction is set to Ls, a distance from the case wall surface to the case-side abutting portion is set to Lg, and a distance from the case wall surface to the second protrusion portion is set to Lp, Lg&#x2212;Lp&#x3c;Ls&#x2264;Lg is satisfied.

Pipe erroneous assembly preventing structure

A vehicle drive unit is supported by a vehicle frame of a vehicle. The vehicle drive unit includes a housing including a first case and a second case integrally joined together along a coupling plane to form a sealed space therein, a drive member accommodated in the sealed space to generate a travel driving force of the vehicle, and a mount member interposed between the housing and the vehicle frame to support the housing from the vehicle frame. The first case and the second case respectively include a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion to which the mount member is attached, and the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion are installed in a single region intersecting with the coupling plane.

Vehicle drive unit

A liquid storage case surrounded by wall surfaces which includes a side surface extending in a vertical direction. The liquid storage case includes an inlet portion disposed on the side surface and including an inlet port through which a liquid is poured, a connecting portion disposed below the inlet portion and connected to an electrical component, and a guide disposed between the inlet portion and the connecting portion to guide the liquid spilled out of the inlet port in a direction away from the connecting portion. The guide includes a plate protruding from the side surface to a more horizontally outward position than a tip end of the inlet portion. The plate includes a first face opposed to the inlet portion, and the first face is disposed along the side surface so as to be inclined downward.

Liquid storage case

A vehicle including a mounted object, which is supported by a framework member of the vehicle with a supporting member and which is disposed offset to one side of the vehicle with respect to a center of the vehicle in a front-rear direction, wherein the mounted object includes an extending portion that extends from the mounted object while inclined to a vertical direction or that extends from the mounted object in a horizontal direction, and that is formed such that, when an external force of a predetermined value or larger is exerted on the mounted object from the one side to displace the mounted object to the other side by a predetermined amount or larger, the extending portion abuts on a surface of the right-left framework member, the surface facing upward in the vertical direction.

A rotary electric machine includes: a stator core that is formed of a plurality of split core pieces that are annularly arranged therein, coil conductors being wound around respective split core pieces. One ends of the respective coil conductors which are wound around the respective split core pieces are connected to power supply terminals for corresponding phases, and other ends of the respective coil conductors are connected to each other to form a neutral point, the respective coil conductors are formed of rectangular wires, and the neutral point-side end portions of the respective coil conductors are led to an outside of the stator core from one point on a circumference of the stator core.

Rotary electric machine

A rotary electric machine includes a stator around which coil conductor wires for a plurality of phases are wound, a housing that contains the stator, and a terminal block that is mounted on the housing and connects end portions of the coil conductor wires for the respective phases led from the stator to corresponding external power supply lines. A coolant is supplied to the stator in the housing. The terminal block includes: a plurality of relay conductors, each relay conductor having one end connected to an external power supply line and the other end connected to an end portion of the coil conductor wires for 10 the respective phases, and a terminal block body that is made of an insulating material and holds the plurality of relay conductors.

A connectorof the first motorA and a connectorB of the second motorB are disposed substantially in mirror symmetric positions, and a lead conductorof the first motorA and a lead conductorof the second motorB are disposed in non-mirror symmetric positions, and a size of a relay conductorof the first motorA and a size of a relay conductorof the second motorB differ from each other.
