If the conduction phase angle detected when the dimming lighting circuit receives the AC voltage at power-on is less than or equal to a predetermined angle, the phase detection circuit outputs, as the dimming signal, a substitute signal having a signal level corresponding to a conduction phase angle greater than the conduction phase angle of the AC voltage, for a predetermined time period.

A power supply control device includes an inverter having plural switching elements, an inverter controller that controls the inverter, a device power supply that generates a first power supplied to the inverter controller, a detector that detects whether there is an abnormality relating to the compressor, and a power supply controller. The inverter generates drive voltages usable to drive a compressor motor that is a drive source of a compressor as a result of the switching elements switching on or off, and outputs the drive voltages to the compressor motor. The power supply controller stops generation of the first power by the device power supply to thereby stop the control of the inverter controller in a case where there is an abnormality relating to the compressor.

An actuator control device includes an upper-level control unit that sets an upper-level target value of a predetermined control factor relating to driving an actuator, a lower level control unit, and an intermediate control unit. The lower-level control unit has a command input element that receives an input of the upper-level target value and outputs a lower-level target value of the predetermined control factor, an actuator control element that receives an input of the lower-level target value and controls the actuator, and a tracking element that causes an actual value of the predetermined control factor in the actuator to track the lower-level target value. The intermediate control unit causes the actual value of the predetermined control factor in the actuator to track the upper-level target value. The upper-level target value is inputted into the command input element of the lower-level control unit via the intermediate control unit.

A reverse recovery current prevention device includes a full wave rectifier having a plurality of diodes, first and second diodes, a switch part and a switch control unit. The full wave rectifier rectifies a power source voltage from an alternating current power source inputted into first and second input terminals. The first and second diodes have anode terminals connected to the first and second input terminals, respectively. The switch part opens or shorts an electrical circuit between a negative-side output terminal of the full wave rectifier and each cathode terminal of the first and second diodes. The switch control unit prohibits the switch part from shorting the electrical circuit between the negative-side output terminal and each of the cathode terminals when a voltage between the negative-side output terminal and each of the cathode terminals is at or above a threshold.

A motor current detecting device includes a first wire, an instantaneous current detecting unit, an average electric current detecting unit, and a calculation unit. An object of the present invention is to reduce electrical noise in accordance with the necessity of a countermeasure taken against electrical noise without changing a structure of an expansion valve. In a case where a judgment result as to whether or not the countermeasure against electrical noise is taken is affirmative, a drive timing (interval) of an expansion valve () is increased. Further, a driving amount is reduced. Accordingly, a flow of a refrigerant is made slow, whereby it is possible to reduce generated electrical noise while performing instructed temperature control.
