A fuel cell system includes a plurality of fuel cell units each including a fuel cell, a fuel cell cooling system having a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a primary-side coolant, and a secondary-side coolant flowing through the fuel cell, and a coolant pump that adjusts the flow rate of the secondary-side coolant, and a controller that controls the fuel cell, a cooling device, and a cooling system that supplies the primary-side coolant from the cooling device to each fuel cell unit. During stop of operation of the fuel cell system, the cooling device supplies the primary-side coolant having a temperature equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature to each fuel cell unit, and the controller activates the coolant pump to cause the secondary-side coolant to flow through the heat exchanger, in one or more fuel cell units in which the fuel cell has a possibility of freezing.

Fuel cell system and method of controlling fuel cell system

A fuel cell system includes: a plurality of fuel cell units of which each includes a fuel cell, an air supply pipe, an air supply device, an air discharge pipe, and a control unit; and an exhaust pipe connected to the plurality of air discharge pipes and configured to discharge exhaust gas to the outside of the fuel cell system. The controller is configured to control at least one of the anode gas discharge system and the cathode gas supply and discharge system of each fuel cell unit to shift a time at which gas to be discharged from each fuel cell unit merges in the mixed gas discharge system.

A fuel cell system includes a control unit that is configured to perform pressure reduction control for increasing a flow rate of cathode gas supplied to a fuel cell from a turbo compressor, by controlling a pressure adjusting valve such that a pressure in the fuel cell is lower when a pressure reduction condition is fulfilled than when the pressure reduction condition is not fulfilled. A fuel cell system according to one embodiment performs refresh control of an electrode catalyst of a fuel cell, by reducing a stack voltage as a voltage of the fuel cell to a refresh voltage at which the electrode catalyst is activated. The system includes the fuel cell that generates electric power by an electrochemical reaction using fuel gas and oxidation gas, a stack voltage sensor that sensors the stack voltage, and a controller that controls power of the fuel cell. When a high load demand that makes the stack voltage lower than a given voltage is made on the fuel cell, the controller causes the fuel cell to deliver power commensurate with the high load demand, and performs refresh control when the stack voltage becomes lower than the given voltage through the above control.

A fuel cell system of the present disclosure performs a first and a second catalyst activation process, and the first catalyst activation process is performed where a flow rate of the air supplied to the fuel cell by the air compressor is reduced to be less than that before the refresh control is performed while keeping an amount of a current drawn from the fuel cell by the fuel cell converter at the same value as that before the refresh control is performed, and the second catalyst activation process is performed where the value of the current drawn from the fuel cell by the fuel cell converter is increased to be greater than that before the refresh control is performed while keeping the flow rate of the air supplied to the fuel cell by the air compressor at the same value as that before the refresh control is performed.

A vehicle energy management device includes: a storage device that stores a table indicating a control level with respect to a control content of a control target device executed by each electronic control device; an information acquisition device that acquires information related to a remaining amount of energy and a travel environment of the vehicle; a level setting device that sets a target value for suppressing a power consumption of a whole of the vehicle based on remaining amount information of the energy, refers to the table according to the target value and travel environment information, and sets the control level for each control target device to reach the target value for the whole of the vehicle; and a control unit that controls each electronic control device to execute a control for a respective control target device according to the control content indicated by the control level.

Exhaust emission control device

A data storage control device controls a memory card which, including a non-volatile rewritable memory, operates using an external power supply. A DC/DC converter generates, by having a power supply of a +B voltage, a card operating voltage for operating the memory card. When delayed ACC is completed after an accessory power supply of a vehicle is turned off, a main microcomputer, a shutdown signal control unit, and a transistor set a shutdown terminal of the DC/DC converter to a low level by setting a main control signal input terminal to a high level and, thereby, stops operation of the DC/DC converter. This inhibits the occurrence of a case in which, after the accessory power supply of the vehicle is turned off, the circuit supplying power to the memory card affects other devices mounted in the vehicle.

Data storage control device

Disclosed is a heat dissipation device which is reduced in the number of components, while having sufficient insulating function and cooling function with respect to an object to be cooled. The heat dissipation device includes a base that is formed from a ceramic and a refrigerant channel for circulating a refrigerant within the base. The base is formed by sintering a stacked body in which a plurality of ceramic sheets are stacked. The plurality of ceramic sheets include the ceramic sheet which is provided with a plurality of slits that constitute the refrigerant channel, and the ceramic sheets which are provided with communication paths that communicate the refrigerant channel and outside units with each other. An output signal of a knock sensor is filtered with a plurality of band-pass filters to extract vibration waveform components of a plurality of frequency bands (f-f). Weighting coefficients (G-G) which multiply the vibration waveform component of each frequency band are established in such a manner as to be a small value as a noise intensity of each frequency band becomes larger. Thereby, the vibration waveform component of a plurality of frequency bands is synthesized by weighting according to an influence of a noise intensity of each frequency band. Even when the noise is superimposed on the vibration waveform component of any of the frequency bands, it becomes possible to reduce the influence of the noise and to synthesize the vibration waveform component of each frequency band, and an accurate knock determination can be performed based on the composite vibration waveform.
