A fixing structure of a wiring member includes a plate-like member provided in a vehicle, a wiring member disposed on a main surface of the plate-like member, and a fixing member fixing the wiring member to the plate-like member. The fixing member includes a housing part inserted into the plate-like member, a locking protrusion provided to extend outward from the housing part, and a protrusion extension part housed in the housing part and spreading the locking protrusion outside to lock the locking protrusion inside the plate-like member.

Fixing structure of wiring member

A wire harness support member supports a wire harness including a plurality of electrical wires on an attaching target member. The wire harness support member includes: a base attached to the attaching target member while surrounding at least a part of a periphery of the attaching target member; and at least one electrical wire holding member which can be position-adjustably fixed to the base around the attaching target member while holding at least some of the plurality of electrical wires.

A wire harness fixing structure includes; a silencer disposed between a floor mat and a body in a vehicle; a wire harness disposed along a main surface of the silencer; and fixing member fixing the wire harness to the silencer while being passed through a through hole formed to pass through the silencer in a thickness direction. An inner peripheral surface of the through hole in the silencer is closely attached to the fixing member.

Wire harness fixing structure

A wire harness fixing structure includes; a silencer disposed between a floor mat and a body in a vehicle; a wire harness disposed along a main surface of the silencer; and a fixing member fixing the wire harness to the silencer. A bottomed hole having a bottom is formed in the silencer to be concaved from the main surface in a thickness direction. The fixing member is locked to the bottomed hole, thereby fixing the wire harness to the silencer.

A protector includes a protector main body having a bottom wall and two side walls. The protector main body forms a depression and a lid member closes off an open end of the depression. The lid member includes a male lock portion having an elastic tab with an engagement claw. The protector main body includes a female lock portion having a frame on at least one side wall of the two side walls and the frame engaging with the engagement claw. A projecting-end-proximate top end surface of the frame of the female lock portion is positioned further upward than the pair of base-end-proximate top end surfaces and the top end surface of the side wall of the protector main body. Further, the projecting-end-proximate top end surface and an engagement projection portion of the frame of the female lock portion moves away from the one side wall on a top end side while approaching the one side wall on a bottom end side.

Protector

A grommet includes: a tapered tube portion that is to be inserted, with an electric wire group W passed therethrough, into a flange from a cabin-outside and attached thereto; and a panel fitting portion that is formed in an outer face portion on a base end side of the tapered tube portion, and is to be fitted to the flange. The fitting portion includes: a ring-shaped groove portion that accommodates a portion on the leading end face side of the flange; an arcuate rib that is formed continuously with a tapered tube outer face portion; a ring-shaped flat face portion that is formed continuously with the arcuate rib; and an auxiliary seal portion that is formed continuously with the ring-shaped flat face portion, and protrudes toward the cabin-inside relative to the ring-shaped flat face portion.

Grommet and wire harness

A protector includes a lock mechanism locking a protector main body and a lid member. The protector main body is provided with a female lock portion that forms a lock hole, and the lid member is provided with a male lock portion with an engagement claw that is inserted into the lock hole. A frame of the female lock portion includes a pair of support portions formed with base-end-proximate top end surfaces that are continuous with a top end surface of one side wall; a crossbeam portion formed with a projecting-end-proximate top end surface that is continuous with the pair of support portions and positioned toward a projecting end side, where a distance from the one side wall increases, and further upward than the side wall top end surface; and an engagement projection portion projecting downward from the crossbeam portion the engagement projection portion snap-locking an elastic tab.

A grommet includes: a first cylindrical portion into which a group of electrical wires is to be inserted; a second cylindrical portion that is shorter than and surrounds the first cylindrical portion; a seat portion that is constituted by a rubber elastic body that surrounds the second cylindrical portion, and is capable of being fitted to a panel opening portion (Pe); and an annular connection portion that elastically connects the first cylindrical portion and the seat portion. The seat portion has an approximately elliptical shape. The connection portion has an inclined annular wall portion that supports the second cylindrical portion. Multiple rib portions are integrally provided on the inclined annular wall portion and the second cylindrical portion.

A branch wire branching from a trunk wire of a floor harness routed to an automobile is used as a wire harness supplying power to the sliding seat. The wire harness is inserted within an extra length accommodation case, and in addition, the extra length accommodation case is fixated, facing downward, to a seat rail to which the sliding seat is slidably mounted, and is accommodated in a space below the seat rail. The wire harness U-turned within the extra length accommodation case is passed through the slider and extracted to a sliding seat side and connected to the seat harness within the sliding seat. A bottom portion of the slider is slidably mounted to a straight line direction slider sliding groove provided on a top end of the extra length accommodation case and a top portion of the slider is fixated to the sliding seat.

A grommet includes an inner tube and an outer tube coupled to the inner tube by an annular coupling section. A slant wall section of the outer tube has a curved portion at a position having an outer diameter equal to an inner diameter of a through-hole in a vehicle body panel. The curved portion has a different inclination angle from the slant wall section. An inclination angle of the slant wall section at a larger diameter side with respect to the curved portion is set to be smaller than an inclination angle at a smaller diameter side with respect to the curved portion. The slant wall section is provided on an inner peripheral surface at the smaller diameter side with a bending stress absorbing portion of which an inner surface is recessed annularly to be a smaller thickness.

Grommet

A grommet includes an inner tube, an outer tube coupled through an annular coupling section to the inner tube and provided with a slant wall section. The outer tube is provided on a larger diameter end of the slant wall section with a larger thickness portion and an annular latch recess between the larger diameter end of the slant wall section and the larger thickness portion. The slant wall section has a plurality of stepped projecting ribs that extend radially from a smaller diameter end of the slant wall section to the larger diameter end. Each of the projecting ribs is provided on a stepped top surface with a first slant surface that is inclined down to the side surface end of the latch recess, and is provided on both side surfaces with a second slant surface and a third slant surface that are inclined down from the top surface across the first slant surface. The first, second, and third slant surfaces form a three- side-cut-away portion.

A grommet that sheathes a wire harness for a motor vehicle comprising a smaller diameter tubular section provided at one end of the grommet and capable of being inserted into a through-hole in the motor vehicle, a tapered tubular section including a slant wall extending from the smaller diameter tubular section and the slant wall includes a pair of opposed longer sides, a pair of opposed shorter sides, and corner slant sides provided between the longer sides and the shorter sides, and a larger diameter tubular section extending through a vehicle body locking recess to a larger end part of the tapered tubular section and the larger diameter tubular section includes a pair of opposed longer sides, a pair of opposed shorter sides, and four round corners, the tapered tubular section is capable of deformation inward such that the vehicle body locking recess is engaged with the through-hole.
