A bracket includes: a recessed portion capable of accommodating a bushing; and a mount portion to be mounted on a vehicle-body-side component, on which a stabilizer bar is to be mounted via the bushing. The recessed portion has a pair of opposed portions opposed to each other. The pair of opposed portions have an intermediate portion and a portion nearer to an opening than the intermediate portion, and a distance between the pair of opposed portions is less at the portion nearer to the opening than at the intermediate portion.

Bracket

A stabilizer bushing including: a tubular main rubber elastic body configured to be disposed about and attachable to a stabilizer bar; an inside protrusion protruding in an axial direction from an inner peripheral part of the main rubber elastic body; and a bonding surface constituted by including an inner peripheral surface of the main rubber elastic body and an inner peripheral surface of the inside protrusion, the bonding surface being configured to be bonded to an outer peripheral surface of the stabilizer bar.

Stabilizer bushing and bushing-equipped stabilizer bar using the same

A mounting structure for a pedal device including a pedal and a bracket is configured to mount the pedal device on a dash panel with the dash panel sandwiched by and between the bracket and a master cylinder device. The mounting structure includes: a plurality of fastening rods for fastening the bracket to the master cylinder device; and a plurality of collars interposed between the dash panel and the bracket for spacing the dash panel and the bracket apart from each other, the fastening rods extending through the collars. The collars include a pair of collars, and one of the pair of collars has an extending portion extending along the dash panel in a direction away from the other of the pair of collars and functions as a reinforcing member for reducing deformation of the dash panel caused when the pedal is stepped on.

Mounting structure for pedal device

A stabilizer-bar holding device includes a bracket and a body for a vehicle, which hold a stabilizer bar. A normal line that is normal to each of a pair of mounted surfaces of a pair of mounted portions of the body is inclined with respect to an up and down direction of the vehicle. A holding surface of a holder of the body has a first holding surface that is a flat surface greater than each of the pair of mounted surfaces in angle of inclination with respect to the up and down direction. An up and down plane extending in the up and down direction through a central axis of the stabilizer bar extends through the first holding surface in a state in which the stabilizer bar is held by the stabilizer-bar holding device.

Stabilizer-bar holding device

A stabilizer bushing has a holding hole for holding a stabilizer bar and is to be mounted on a mounting surface of a vehicle-body-side component. A normal line to the mounting surface extends in a direction intersecting an up and down direction of a vehicle. The stabilizer bushing has at least one separation surface, one end portion of which is located on an inner circumferential surface opposed to the holding hole, and the other end portion of which is located on an outer surface of the stabilizer bushing at a position different from a rigid-component opposed portion opposed to the vehicle-body-side component. The at least one separation surface has a first separation surface located nearer to the rigid-component opposed portion than a plane extending through a central axis of the holding hole and parallel with the rigid-component opposed portion.

Stabilizer bushing and stabilizer-bar mounting device

The vehicle brake pedal device includes a pedal bracket fixed to a partition wall, a brake arm and a coupling arm assembled to the pedal bracket, a clevis and a movable plate assembled to the coupling arm, and a fixed member and a coupling bracket assembled to a vehicle body component. In the event of a front collision of the vehicle, the pedal bracket is moved backward, and the movable plate is brought into abutment against the fixed member to rotate. As a result, a push part of the movable plate is brought into abutment against the clevis, and a breakable part of the clevis is broken so that the clevis and the coupling arm are decoupled from each other. Then, the coupling arm is rotated forward with respect to the pedal bracket.

Vehicle brake pedal device

An upper support for vehicle suspension including: an inner cylindrical member; an outer cylindrical member spaced apart peripherally outward from the inner cylindrical member; a rubber elastic body interposed between the inner cylindrical member and the outer cylindrical member while elastically connecting the two members; and a flange portion extending radially outward from the outer cylindrical member while being adapted to be overlapped and fixed onto a mounting portion of a vehicle body. A fastening seat portion is provided to the flange portion over a prescribed area and has a contact face adapted to be in contact against the mounting portion of the vehicle body. A concave/convex portion is formed on the contact face of the fastening seat portion over a prescribed area thereof.
