A water hydraulic test on test pipes having a wide range of sizes is conducted accurately, efficiently, and economically, by using a plurality of booster cylinders arranged in parallel with respect to a test pipe and having respective boosting ratios increasing in stages. A plurality of servo motor driven pumps arranged in parallel is used as a drive source for the plurality of booster cylinders. Before a water pressure on an output side of the booster cylinder reaches a pressure near a test pressure, the plurality of servo motor driven pumps operates simultaneously. Then, the plurality of servo motor driven pumps stops operating except one and the water pressure on the output side of the booster cylinder is increased to the test pressure by the one servo motor driven pump. During pressure increase, the plurality of booster cylinders is used in turn in order of increasing boosting ratio.

Hydraulic test method and hydraulic test device

A helical blade cutter including multiple linear blades attached to an outer circumferential surface of a round body having an outer surface formed into a cylindrical circumferential surface. The blades tilt to a given helix angle &#x3b1; from a straight line on the outer circumferential surface parallel to a rotational central axis O. Blade attachment surfaces are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the round body at given intervals in the circumferential direction. The blade attachment surfaces tilt to an angle same as the helix angle &#x3b1; of the blade while tilting to a rake angle &#x3b2; in a direction of an elevation angle from a tangent to the outer circumferential surface. The blades are each attached to a blade attachment part through intervention of a chip holder that allows detachment of the blade.

Helical blade cutter

A squeeze roll stand includes a combination of a fixed portion installed at a joint position of an electric resistance welded pipe manufacturing line, in which squeeze rolls excluding left and right upper rolls are detachably assembled, and a movable portion overlying the fixed portion, inside which left and right upper rolls are detachably assembled, the movable portion being inclined, taking a back surface downstream side as a fulcrum point, toward a same side from an assembling position on the fixed portion to a retreat position to open an upper part of the fixed portion. The movable portion is driven and reciprocated between the assembling position and the retreat position with cylinder type actuators as a drive mechanism. At the retreat position, the movable portion overlies a bead grinding device arranged on the back surface downstream side of the fixed portion with a front surface facing upward.

Squeeze roll stand

A compact tube clamping device for inspecting an electric resistance welded tube quality. A lifting/lowering base including a tube support body is provided onto a fixed base. Clamp claws sandwich the tube support body. A claw drive body lifting/lowering independently of the lifting/lowering base is provided in the lifting/lowering base. Opposite side portions of the claw drive body are connected to opposite clamp claws by links to turn the opposite clamp claws in closing directions by lowering with respect to the lifting/lowering base. A first drive mechanism for the lifting/lowering base and a second drive body for lifting/lowering the claw drive body are provided to the fixed base. A lowering stroke of the claw drive body necessary for closing operations of the clamp claws is partially born by lifting of the lifting/lowering base in transferring the tube, thereby suppressing the lowering stroke of the claw drive body.

Tube clamping device and hydraulic pressure tester technical field

An object of the invention is to provide a device and a method for controlling a welding angle which is capable of resolving restrictions occurred when a conventional float type welding angle control device is used to manufacture a welded pipe, and giving full play to the ability of such a float type welding angle control device, by adopting a new mechanism for supporting and adjusting a fin roll. When the welding angle is controlled by inserting the fin roll between opposing edges of a band steel at a position located in an upstream side of squeeze rolls, the fin roll is attached to a link mechanism in which two arms are coupled so as to be pivotable within a plane defined by a pipe manufacturing line direction and a perpendicular direction thereof, and positions of gripping points of the arms are changed to adjust a position of the fin roll within the plane. Not only the mechanism of the device is simplified and an installation space can be reduced, but also the usage environment of the device and burdens for the maintenance work are considerably improved.
