The communication state information providing system comprises a cellular phone of an information provider, and an information providing device having an information receiving unit for receiving, via a wireless LAN, the communication state information transmitted from the cellular phone, a communication state information storage unit for storing the communication state information received by the information receiving unit associated with the phone number specifying the cellular phone, and an information transmitting unit for transmitting the communication state information stored in the communication state information storage unit to a destination associated with the phone number of the cellular phone.

Herein disclosed is an electronic information distributing terminal equipment for storing and distributing the electronic information containing a text information and a corresponding motion image information in a memory card equipped with an electrically reloadable nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, which equipment comprises a card stock having a plurality of memory cards stored in advance with the information which has been transmitted through a communication interface for transmitting the electronic information to be distributed, wherein the electronic information is distributed by discharging the memory card even in response to a demand for distributing only the electronic information, and wherein the memory card inserted with the demand is utilized again as a new card stock. As a result, it is possible to provide an electronic information distributing terminal equipment capable of efficiently conducting the service of distributing the electronic information containing text information and corresponding motion image information.

Electronic information distributing terminal equipment

The present invention relates to a video camera apparatus which can automatically correct an image vibration, such as a handling or the like electronically. A control circuit changes an interpolation coefficient .alpha. of an interpolation processing circuit in response to a detected output from a vibration detecting apparatus or an output from a motion vector calculating apparatus that detects a vibration of a video signal. Also, the control circuit controls a scanning pulse generating circuit that derives a scanning pulse for scanning the imager. The scanning pulse generating circuit changes a combination of two scanning lines that are to be interpolated by the interpolation processing circuit using the interpolation coefficient .alpha. by changing the scanning state of the imager when 0.ltoreq..alpha.&lt;X or (1-X)&lt;.alpha..ltoreq.1 and X.ltoreq..alpha..ltoreq.(1-X) if X is a limited value of the interpolation coefficient .alpha. and the limited value X is a value smaller than 1/2. Thus, a resolution of a reproduced picture based on the video signal thus obtained by the above interpolation processing can be prevented from being deteriorated.

Video camera apparatus

In a method of driving a solid-state image sensor having an effective pixel area formed of a plurality of pixels in an array having M pixels in the vertical direction and N pixels in the horizontal direction, a scanning pixel area formed of m pixels in the vertical direction and n pixels in the horizontal direction (where M&gt;m, N.gtoreq.n) is established within the effective pixel area, and charges stored in the pixels in the scanning pixel area are transferred by vertical CCDs driven by a first scanning pulse to a horizontal CCD and the charges transferred to the horizontal CCD are transferred by the horizontal CCD driven by a second scanning pulse to an output portion of the horizontal CCD. Further, while the driving of the horizontal CCD is stopped, the vertical CCDs are driven by a third scanning pulse having a higher frequency than the frequency of the first scanning pulse so that charges stored in the pixels in the effective pixel area outside the scanning pixel area are transferred at high speed to the horizontal CCD of which driving is stopped. The charges transferred from the vertical CCDs to the horizontal CCD at high speed are swept out of the horizontal CCD.
