According to an aspect of the invention, a lens barrel having an eccentricity adjusting mechanism includes a lens frame, a pressing ring, an engaging part, a tool insertion hole, an engaging face, a non-engaging face. The lens frame holds a lens for an optical system of the lens barrel. The pressing ring is screw-connected to a fixed barrel of the lens barrel. A part of the lens frame is disposed between the pressing ring and the fixed barrel so that the lens frame is supported to be rotatable around the optical axis.
