A solar cell module production method involves applying an adhesive on a light-receiving surface and a rear surface of a solar cell having electrodes on the light-receiving surface and the rear surface, and positioning and attaching a wiring material on the adhesive. Specifically, the solar cell, which is positioned with the light-receiving surface facing upward, is inverted so that the rear surface is facing upward, and the adhesive is applied on the rear surface; and then the solar cell is inverted once again so that the light-receiving surface is facing upward, and the adhesive is applied to the light-receiving surface.

A solar cell production method, whereby: a plurality of solar cell strings connecting a prescribed number of solar cells in series are formed; a plurality of solar cell strings are lined up along a second direction intersecting a first direction in which the solar cell strings extend, and the same are arranged such that the interval at one end of the first direction between adjacent solar cell strings is smaller than the interval at the other end; the arranged plurality of solar cell strings are connected to each other and a solar cell connection body is formed; a first filling material sheet, the solar cell connection body, a second filling material sheet, and a second protective member are laminated upon a first protective member having a curved surface; pressure is applied from above the second protective member; and a solar cell module having a curved surface shape is formed.

Solar cell module production method

A thermoelectric material, which has a superior thermoelectric characteristic and is environment-friendly and is suitable for mass productivity due to the lower cost, is provided. The thermoelectric material is an iron alloy that mainly contains Fe, V and Al and that carbides are dispersed into the matrix, wherein [V concentration&#x2212;C concentration] is 20 or more at % to 32 or less at % and [Al concentration+Si concentration] is 20 or more at % to 30 or less at %. Especially in the thermoelectric material of the present invention, a high Seebeck coefficient can be kept and a lower electrical resistivity can be obtained, thereby improving an output factor and achieving a superior thermoelectric characteristic.
