In a steering control device, a plurality of control systems is configured to switch a drive mode to a cooperative drive mode when command values calculated by control units of the control systems are not different from each other and to switch the drive mode to an independent drive mode when the command values calculated by the control units of the control systems are different from each other. The control systems are configured to gradually limit the command values respectively calculated by the control units of the control systems when a start switch of a vehicle has been turned off. The control systems are configured to switch the drive mode to the independent drive mode regardless of whether the command values calculated by the control units of the control systems are different from each other when the start switch has been turned off while the vehicle is traveling.

Steering control device

A motor control device drives a motor based on a vehicle signal including drive assist information and performs vehicle control. The motor control device includes: a first controller and a second controller that perform a calculation operation concerning drive control over the motor. A first microcomputer corresponds to a calculation portion of the first controller. A second microcomputer corresponds to a calculation portion of the second controller. The first microcomputer and the second microcomputer mutually transmit and receive operation results by inter-microcomputer communication, or the first microcomputer unilaterally transmits an operation result from the first microcomputer by the inter-microcomputer communication. The first microcomputer and the second microcomputer synchronize timings to start and end control by performing at least one of three types of arbitration processes including: an AND-start arbitration process; an OR-start arbitration process; and a forced arbitration process.

Motor control device

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a cylindrical part with a thin-walled portion at a lower cost, and according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, a base metal formed with thin-walled portion adjacent to its closed end can be easily detached from working jigs. According to the method, a thin-walled portion is at first formed by the ironing process on a cylindrical wall adjacent to the closed end, so that an outer-side step portion is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall. Then the closed end is punched out and the thin-walled portion is enlarged in a radial and outward direction to form an inner-side step portion on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part.

Manufacturing method for cylindrical part

A method of stress inducing transformation from the austenite phase to the martensite phase by conducting cold working on material of austenite stainless steel in the temperature range from the point Ms to the point Md. The above cold working is a biaxial tensing. An intermediately formed hollow body is made, which includes a ferromagnetic portion and a non-magnetic portion contracting inward. Then, the intermediately formed body is subjected to a stress removing process in which residual tensile stress is removed from an intermediately formed body. In the stress removing process, it is preferable that a punch is press-fitted into the intermediately formed body so as to expand a non-magnetic portion and then the intermediately formed body is drawn with ironing while the punch is inserted so that the residual tensile stress can be changed into the residual compressive stress in the non-magnetic portion.

Method of stress inducing transformation of austenite stainless steel and method of producing composite magnetic members

A plane commutator is comprised of a plurality of commutator segments, a plurality of base plate and a resinous boss member. The commutators are made of sintered carbon compound and disposed to provide a plane commutator surface at an end thereof and a base portion at the other end. Each commutator segment has a projection extending from the base portion. The resinous boss member is disposed in contact with the base portion. Each base plate has an engagement hole, to which one of the projections is fitted, and a terminal portion that extends along an outer periphery of the boss member. A powder-accommodation pocket is formed around a foot of each the projection so that the projection can be shaved by a corner edge of the hole. This ensures good contact of the commutators with the metal base plates and provides a sufficient manufacturing tolerance.

Method of stress inducing transformation of austenite stainless steel

A fuel injection valve has a single pipe member made of composite magnetic material which can be processed to form ferro-magnetic structures and non-magnetic structures. A magnetic fuel connector, a magnetic valve body, a nonmagnetic intermediate pipe are formed in the single pipe member. An electromagnetic solenoid is disposed around the intermediate pipe, and a needle valve is disposed in the valve body. A magnetic stationary core is disposed inside the fuel connector, and a magnetic movable core is disposed inside the valve body in a magnetic circuit composed of the solenoid, the fuel connector, the stationary core and the valve body.

Fuel injection valve and method of manufacturing the same

An electromagnetic fuel injection valve for an internal combustion engine having a housing which houses a valve, a needle valve element, a movable core, an electromagnetic actuator and spacer. The housing is made of magnetic material forms a magnetic flux circuit with the electromagnetic actuator and the movable core. The cylindrical housing is made of a plate material which comprises a portion facing the movable core, and the portion has a substantially minimum thickness to actuate the movable core.
