A game is divided into a plurality of charged playing sections which a player can play by paying a point and the thus divided charged playing sections are set. Game cards to which proper passwords are respectively assigned are distributed. The password is transmitted from a game playing terminal to a server, and the point corresponding to the password is set by the server. At this time, data comprising an image of a present item usable in the game is downloaded into the game playing terminal. In the game playing terminal, the image of the present item is produced and is displayed, and the server controls for allowing the player to play the charged playing section within bounds of the point which has been set on the account.

Method for managing game using communication line

In a communication system which can privately inform each applicant of an outcome of a game or an examination, a cell phone with a cell phone number is used to transmit, to a center or a promoter, personal identification information including the cell phone number and a total personal password. The total personal password is obtained by producing the personal identification information, by producing the result of the game or examination as a parameter, and by encrypting both the personal identification information and the result. The center extracts the personal identification information from the total personal password decrypted and collates the extracted personal identification information with the received information so as to judge whether or not a person is authentic. When confirmation is made about the fact that the person is authentic, the parameter is extracted from the total personal password to be judged. An outcome of judgement is transmitted to each person by the use of the cell phone number. The total personal password may be transmitted to the center through a network.

A game device is a turn-table adapter having a clip mountable on a case, a shaft passing through one arm of the clip, an operation disk coaxially provided to the shaft at one end thereof, and a press-in disk coaxially provided to the shaft at another end thereof. Another arm of the clip is optionally provided with a bump to be fitted to a hole formed on the case to serve as an element necessary for assembling the game device. A bottom surface of the press-in disk opposite to a press-switch is formed with a bump which engages the press-switch to thereby depress the press-switch.

The video game device which may display 2D images and pseudo 3D images without need to rewrite data in a frame buffer for a long time in a game. The frame buffer includes a display area storing images directly transferred to the monitor and a non-display area storing images used to produce the image transferred to the monitor. Only the changing parts of the images continuously displayed on the monitor are stored as small sized area in the non-display area and only the changing parts are put on the image to be displayed at a desired timing.
