A power splitter includes a common port, a first port, a second port, a first phase shifter connected between the common port and the first port, and a second phase shifter connected between the common port and the second port. The first phase shifter includes a first capacitor, a first inductor, and a second inductor. The second phase shifter includes a second capacitor, a third inductor, and a fourth inductor.

Power splitter and communication apparatus

A filter includes a first capacitor connected in series between a first terminal pair and a second terminal pair, a first inductor connected in parallel with the first capacitor, and a second inductor connected in parallel between the first terminal pair and the second terminal pair. The first inductor and the second inductor are magnetically coupled to each other and are differentially connected to each other.

Filter, filter module, and electronic device

A coil component includes coils in a multilayer body with a rectangular or substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The coil component includes outer electrodes, a first coil, and second coils. The first coil includes conductor patterns and via conductors. When the multilayer body is divided by a bisecting line into first and second regions in a longitudinal direction of the multilayer body when viewed in the stacking direction, the first coil is located in the first region. When viewed in the stacking direction, straight lines connecting the via conductors with a first outer electrode and a fourth outer electrode at a minimum distance cross an opening region of the first coil.

Coil component

An electronic component includes a multilayer body including first and second principal surfaces opposite to each other in a stacking direction and including long sides and short sides, capacitor electrodes defining capacitors, coil conductors including a winding axis parallel or substantially parallel to the stacking direction and defining inductors, terminal electrodes connected to the coil conductors and the capacitor electrodes, and dummy electrodes not connected to the terminal electrodes and extending along the long sides of the multilayer body. The coil conductors are closer to the first principal surface than the capacitor electrodes in the stacking direction. The dummy electrodes are closer to the first principal surface than the coil conductors. The dummy electrodes do not overlap the coil opening of the coil conductors when viewed in the stacking direction.

Electronic component

A multi-terminal chip inductor includes coil conductors in base material layers, an interlayer connection conductor connecting the coil conductors across layers, and external electrodes each connected to portions of a series of coil conductors defined by the coil conductors and the interlayer connection conductor. The external electrodes include a common external electrode. A first of the coil conductors to which the common external electrode and a first external electrode adjacent to the common external electrode in a circuit are connected, includes first coil conductors connected to each other in parallel.

Multi-terminal chip inductor

A circuit element includes a multilayer body, internal elements inside the multilayer body, and first outer electrodes and second outer electrodes on outer surfaces of the multilayer body, and the multilayer body includes laminated base material layers. The internal elements include coil conductors connected to the second outer electrodes, the coil conductors have a winding axis in the laminating direction of the base material layers, the first outer electrodes are in contact with a mounting surface of the multilayer body, the second outer electrodes are in contact with side edges of the multilayer body and separated from the mounting surface, and maximum widths of the second outer electrodes are smaller than maximum widths of the first outer electrodes.

Circuit element

A filter circuit module includes a filter circuit element, a circuit board with the filter circuit element mounted thereon, and a first inductor. The filter circuit element includes a resonant circuit capacitor defining a portion of an LC parallel resonant circuit, and a phase-shift circuit. The circuit board includes a second inductor. A primary coil and a secondary coil of the phase-shift circuit are overlapped with the second inductor, viewed in a direction of a winding axis. The resonant circuit capacitor is closer to a mounting surface on which the filter circuit element is mounted on the circuit board, compared with the primary coil and the secondary coil. The resonant circuit capacitor includes a capacitor electrode covering a coil opening of the primary coil and a coil opening of the secondary coil, viewed in the direction of the winding axis.

Filter circuit module, filter circuit element, filter circuit, and communication apparatus

First and second coils have winding axes in a laminated direction of base material layers and are magnetically coupled to each other. First and second capacitors are positioned in the laminated direction on layers different from layers on which the first and second coils are provided. The first and second coils are connected so that the winding directions of the first and second coils are opposite. The second capacitor is connected in parallel to a series circuit of the first coil and the second coil. The first capacitor is connected between a position where the first coil is connected to the second coil and a reference potential electrode. Mutual inductance caused by coupling between the first and second coils and the first capacitor provides a first attenuation pole and a parallel connection circuit of the series circuit and the second capacitor provides a second attenuation pole.

Filter element

A filter element includes series inductors connected in series to a signal path, shunt inductors shunt-connected between the signal path and ground, and a capacitor connected in series to the shunt inductors. The shunt inductors include first and second shunt inductors connected in parallel to each other. Conductive patterns of the capacitor are overlapped with coil opening portions of the series inductors and the shunt inductors viewed from a lamination direction. The capacitor is sandwiched between the first shunt inductor and the second shunt inductor in the lamination direction of insulating layers and the conductive patterns.

A battery housing structure for housing a battery body that includes a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode layer. A housing member houses the battery body and includes conductors connected to the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, respectively. An interposition member is interposed between the battery body and the housing member.

Battery housing structure

An ESD protection device includes a multilayer body including base material layers, a hollow portion inside the multilayer body, a ground electrode exposed at the hollow portion, first and second discharge electrodes exposed at the shared hollow portion and opposing the common ground electrode, and an auxiliary discharge electrode including conductive particles dispersed in the base material layer and extending along an inner surface of the hollow portion. At least the auxiliary discharge electrode in an adjacent region between the first discharge electrode and the second discharge electrode is divided into a portion on the first discharge electrode side and a portion on the second discharge electrode side by a non-formation section where the auxiliary discharge electrode is not provided in the hollow portion.
