A pesticidal composition comprising (E)-N -&lsqb;(6-chloro-3-pyridyl) methyl&rsqb;-N -cyano-N -methylacetamidine and pyriproxyfen as active ingredients and a carrier, especially, the composition having the weight ratio of (E)-N -&lsqb;(6-chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl&rsqb;-N -cyano-N -methylacetamidine and pyriproxyfen in the composition is in the range of from 1:0.01 to 1:10.
