A strain gauge includes a substrate made from resin and having flexibility, a resistor formed on one surface of the substrate, and an insulating resin layer covering the resistor, wherein the insulating resin layer is a thermoplastic polyimide layer.

Strain gauge and sensor module

The present strain gauge includes a substrate having flexibility; a resistor formed from a material containing at least one of chromium and nickel, on the substrate; a pair of wiring patterns formed on the substrate and electrically connected to both ends of the resistor; and a pair of electrodes formed on the substrate and electrically connected to the pair of wiring patterns, respectively. The wiring patterns include a first layer extending from the resistor, and a second layer having a lower resistance than the first layer and layered on the first layer. On the substrate, an electronic component mounting area is demarcated, on which an electronic component electrically connected to the electrodes is mounted.

There is provided a device for measuring a temperature of a metal object itself without being affected by an ambient temperature. A first invention provides a device for measuring a temperature of a metal object using at least one strain gauge, wherein the at least one strain gauge is attached to the metal object and a linear expansion coefficient of the strain gauge is different from a linear expansion coefficient of the metal object. A second invention provides a device for measuring a temperature of a metal object using two strain gauges, wherein the two strain gauges are attached to the metal object, directions of grids of the two strain gauges coincide with each other, a Wheatstone bridge circuit is formed using the two strain gauges, a linear expansion coefficient of a first strain gauge of the two strain gauges is larger than the linear expansion coefficient of the metal object and the linear expansion coefficient of a second strain gauge of the two strain gauges is smaller than the linear expansion coefficient of the metal object.

Temperature measurement device using strain gauge

There is provided a portable apparatus capable of detecting a touch position where a user touches the portable apparatus and a touch strength with which the user touches the portable apparatus. The portable apparatus includes: a rectangular frame on which a display panel unit is to be mounted; four touch detection-dedicated legs respectively extending from vicinities of four corners of the frame; a first strain gage attached to each of the touch detection-dedicated legs; and a calculation unit that finds the touch position and the touch strength based on an output of the first strain gage.

Surface treatment method for metal material and force sensor

A first pedaling force measurement device measures a plurality of pedaling force parameters acting on a first crank arm to one end of which a first pedal can be attached and to another end of which a crank shaft can be attached. The first pedaling force measurement device is provided with a strain-flexing part, a first parameter detection part and a first interference suppression part. Strain acting on the first crank arm is conveyed to the strain-flexing part. The parameter detection part is disposed on the strain-flexing part, and detects a plurality of parameters based on the strain being conveyed to the strain-flexing part. The interference suppression part suppresses interference in one parameter detected by the parameter detection part from the other parameters.

After the formation of the piezoelectric elements, since the step of forming the light-emitting elements is executed, the light-emitting elements can be prevented from being damaged by receiving heat in the formation of the piezoelectric elements.

Method of manufacturing display apparatus with SAW touch sensor

An occupant load sensor of a seat for a vehicle includes a strain member, a connecting member, first and second strain gauge plates, an upper bracket, an amplifier substrate, and an FPC substrate. The strain gauge plates are attached to a surface of the strain member and respectively arranged between a central portion and both end portions of the strain member. Each strain gauge plate includes two strain detecting elements forming a half bridge circuit of a Wheatstone bridge circuit. The FPC substrate is connected to the amplifier substrate and to the strain gauge plates between the both end portions and the central portion of the strain member. Further, the FPC substrate includes a plurality of wiring patterns. The Wheatstone bridge circuit is formed with the plurality of wiring patterns and the half bridge circuit formed at each strain gauge plates.

Occupant load sensor for a vehicle seat with flexible printed circuitry

In a load testing apparatus, before the load test, three processor elements are combined, without overage or shortage, with a source processor element and a destination processor element as one pair, and the transmission time between the processor elements for each pair is measured. During the load test, packets are sent at a time from the source processor element to the corresponding destination processor element in the same pair, and the transmission time for each pair is measured. The transmission time measured for each pair in the load test is compared with a corresponding expected value data so as to evaluate the performance.

In the case where the internal configuration is different in each memory (in the case where the correspondence information between the program address designated by the testing program and the physical address in the memory is different), the correspondence information of each memory is input from externally to the memory testing program, so that it becomes possible to use versatilely the memory testing program. Furthermore, even in the case where the internal configuration is unclear, it becomes possible to presume the internal configuration, so that it becomes possible to use versatilely the memory testing program for various memories.
