A fuel cartridge, which is capable of being mounted on a tool main body of a gas-combustion type driving tool so as to supply fuel gas to a striking mechanism of the tool main body, is provided with an ejection nozzle provided at a port portion formed at an end portion of a cartridge main body and slidable with respect to the cartridge main body; a compression spring for biasing the ejection nozzle so that a tip end of the ejection nozzle protrudes from the cartridge main body; and an ejection hole formed at a side wall of a tip end portion of the ejection nozzle.

Fuel cartridge and gas-combustion type driving tool

A fluid supply control device and a gas combustion type nailer including the fluid supply control device are provided. The fluid supply control device includes a gauging chamber configured to be charged with a fluid, an inlet port through which the fluid flows into the gauging chamber, an outlet port through which the fluid flows out from the gauging chamber, a first valve element arranged inside the gauging chamber to close the inlet port, a second valve element arranged inside the gauging chamber to close the outlet port, an electromagnetic biasing structure configured to electromagnetically bias the first valve element and the second valve element, and an elastic biasing structure configured to elastically bias at least one of the first valve element and the second valve element. The first valve element and the second valve element are independently movable and are actuated with a time difference.

Fluid supply control device and gas combustion type nailer

A part clamp is temporarily held in a short cylindrical portion provided on a contact arm of a nailing machine and is nailed to a building body or the like by the nailing machine. The part clamp is provided with a base portion having a through hole at its center for inserting a nail therethrough, and an engaging portions for engaging with the short cylindrical portion. When the part clamp is pushed in the axial direction of an injection port of the nailing machine, the part clamp is temporarily held in the short cylindrical portion. The load to push the part clamp to engage with the short cylindrical portion is lower than the load to push the contact arm to slide along the injection port.

Part clamp and nailing machine

A driving pistonis provided so as to be slidable in an up-down direction within a driving cylinderdisposed within a body. A movable sleeve is fitted on the outer peripheral side of the driving cylinderon the cylinder so as to be movable in the up-down direction. When the movable sleeveis moved upward to abut against a cylinder headprovided in the upper direction, a sealed combustion chamberis formed. When combustible mixed gas is explosively burnt within the combustion chamber, high-pressure combustion gas acts on the driving pistonto thereby impulsively drive the piston, whereby a fastener is driven out by a drivercoupled on the lower surface side of the driving piston. Elastic membersare disposed between the movable sleeveand the cylinder head. The elastic membersbias the movable sleevedownward.

Gas combustion-type driving tool

A magazine includes guide portions formed at a pair of side walls to be opposed to each other for introducing to guide a portion of a nail shaft portion, an opening portion formed on a base end side of a nose portion relative to the guide portion of one of the side walls, a first attaching portion formed on a front end side of the nose portion relative to the guide portion of the one side wall, a second attaching portion formed on the base end side of the nose portion relative to the guide portion of the other side wall, and a notched portion formed on the front end side of the nose portion relative to the guide portion of the other side wall.

Powered nailing machine

A nailing machine includes a contact rod substantially in a straight shape and an operating dial. The contact rod is slidably and rotatably supported by a nose portion. The operating dial is slidably penetrated to be inserted by the contact rod, rotatably provided integrally with the contact rod and provided rotatably and by being restricted from being moved in an up and down direction with respect to the nose portion. A length of projecting the contact member in a direction of a front end of the nose portion is adjusted by rotating the contact rod by way of the operating dial.

Vortexes are generated near the injection nozzlein the combustion chamberby the vortex generator, so that the mixing of the combustion gas and air is promoted.

Gas combustion-type impact device

A nailing machine includes a switch operating memberfor setting to switch respective modes of single striking and continuous striking, and pivot restricting mechanism for restricting a contact leverfor operating a valve stemof a start valvefrom being pivoted in cooperation with the switch operating memberset to switch to the single striking mode. By the pivot restricting mechanism, an amount of pivoting the contact leverat a position of operating to draw a middle of a trigger leverin the single striking mode is restricted, and a valve stemis maintained to maintain a state of operating to make the start valveON. Therefore, a reaction of the nailing machine in the continuous striking is reduced, further, dribble in the single striking mode is prevented from being brought about. In addition thereto, an erroneous operation in connecting an air chuck is prevented.

The guide rodsextending straight along the discharge portare fixed to the contact member, and this contact memberis retained slidably on the nosevia the guide rods. The nose extensionis formed at the free end of the discharge portso as to be integral with the noseso that the nose extension covers the outer circumferential surface of the discharge port. The contact memberis held in the annular space formed between the nose extensionand discharge port, the contact memberbeing provided so as to project from free end of the nose extension.

A nail feeding mechanism is provided with a front feed claw () and a rear feed claw (). The rear feed claw () is provided with a contact portion () on a front side of a claw portion (). A face of the contact portion () to be brought into contact with connected nails is wider than a gap between nails in a width thereof and cannot enter between nails. When the front feed claw () is moved rearward and catches a final nail (TN) of a first row, the contact portion () and the claw portion () move into a nail path, the contact portion () enters between the final nail (TN) of the first row and a front nail (FN) of a second row and the claw portion () enters a rear side of the front nail (FN) of the second row. After feeding nails, the feed claw is moved rearward, the contact portion () and the claw portion () ride over side faces of the second row of connected nails (N) to return to escaping positions and the feed claw () is engaged with the front nail (FN) of the second row to continue nail feeding.

In stick type connected nails, connecting bands are glued to two portions, that is, upper ends and lower ends of shaft portions of nails which are arranged in parallel in an equidistant manner so as to connect the nails to each other. By providing the connecting bands at two portions, that is, the upper and lower portions, when plural sheets of connected nails are loaded in a multiple loading type nail magazine in a superposed manner, heads and distal end portions of the neighboring connecting nails are not entangled in a staggered manner. Hence, the smooth nail feeding can be realized.
