Provided is a curable silicone composition for a release agent which can release a release film from a silicone adhesive with low release force without reducing the adhesive strength of the silicone adhesive to other substrates upon releasing the release film. A release film or laminate having the small release force of the silicone adhesive is also provided. The curable silicone composition comprises: (A) a mixture of two or more fluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxanes having a fluoroalkyl group and at least two alkenyl groups per molecule, wherein the contents of the fluoroalkyl groups differ from each other, and the two or more fluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxanes are a combination of those which are not completely compatibilized at 25° C. when mixed in the absence of a solvent; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least three silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) an effective amount of a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and (D) an organic solvent.

Curable silicone composition, release coating agent comprising said composition, release film obtained using said release coating agent, and layered product including said release film

Provided is a curable silicone composition for a release agent which can form a release film having a silicone adhesive with a low release force even when thin and which does not reduce the adhesive strength of the silicone adhesive to other substrates upon releasing the release film. A release film and laminate are also provided. The curable silicone composition comprises: (A) a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane mixture obtained by mixing the following components (A1) and (A2) at a mass ratio of 1/99 to 45/55: (A1) a fluoro(poly)ether modified organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoro(poly)ether-containing organic group; (A2) a fluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least three silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and (D) an organic solvent.

The curable silicone composition comprises: (A) a fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane mixture obtained by mixing the following components (A1) and (A2) at a mass ratio of 1/99 to 99/1; (A1) a fluoro(poly)ether modified organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoro(poly)ether-containing organic group; (A2) a fluoroalkyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule along with a fluoroalkyl group represented by CF—CHCH—; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least three silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; and (D) an organic solvent.

A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) an alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane; (B) a compound having at least two thiol groups in a molecule; (C) an azo compound and/or an organic peroxide; and (D) at least one type of compound selected from the group consisting of quinone compounds, compounds having one or two aromatic hydroxyl groups in a molecule, compounds having one thiol group in a molecule, nitrosamine compounds, hydroxylamine compounds, and phenothiazine compounds. The curable organopolysiloxane composition can be quickly cured even at a relatively low temperature (e.g. of 80&#xb0; C. or lower) to form a cured film with excellent adhesion to an object to be coated.

Curable organopolysiloxane composition and cured product thereof

A curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) an epoxy group-containing organopolysiloxane represented by the average composition formula:XRSiOwherein X represents at least one type of epoxy group selected from a glycidoxyalky group, an epoxycycloalkyl alkyl group, and an epoxyalkyl group; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group, a hydroxyl group, or an alkoxy group; provided at least two X groups are present in a molecule; and 'a' and 'b' are numbers satisfying: 0&#x3c;a&#x3c;1, 0&#x3c;b&#x3c;3, and 0.8&#x3c;(a+b)&#x3c;3; (B) a compound having at least two mercapto groups in a molecule; and (C) an amine compound not having a N&#x2014;H bond and/or a phosphine compound not having a P&#x2014;H bond. The composition has favorable curability even at a relatively low temperature, and forms a cured film having excellent bonding with regard to an object to be coated.

Curable organopolysiloxane composition, cured product thereof, and method for forming cured film

A liquid aryl group-containing polyorganosiloxane comprising an arylsiloxy unit represented by RSiO(wherein R is an aryl group), wherein: the arylsiloxy unit constitutes from 20 to 50 mol % of all the siloxy units constituting the polymer, and an average number of moles of aryl groups per 1 mole of Si atoms in the molecule is within a range of 1.20 to 1.65. A composition with an oil agent of the same, wherein the overall refractive index of the composition is not less than 1.45, and an overall viscosity at 25&#xb0; C. of the composition is in a range from 100 to 100,000 mPa&#xb7;s.

Liquid aryl group-containing polyorganosiloxane

To provide a coating agent composition that cures to form a transparent film that exhibits a high water repellency, a high durability, and an excellent adhesiveness to substrate. A coating agent composition that characteristically comprises (A) an acrylic copolymer obtained by the radical copolymerization of (A1) 1 mole silane compound represented by the general formula: CH&#x2550;C(R)&#x2014;COO-Q-SiR(OR), (A2) 3.70 to 6.20 moles of at least one compound that contains a vinyl polymerizable unsaturated bond, and (A3) 1.05 to 1.80 moles of a siloxysilane compound represented by general formula (2): CH&#x2550;C(R)&#x2014;COO-Q-Si(OSiR)at an molar ratio (A1)/{(A1)+(A2)+(A3)}=0.11 to 0.17; and (B) a condensation reaction catalyst.

Coating agent composition

There is provided a polyester coating composition having excellent action of preventing deposition of outdoor stain and stain caused by rainfall, being capable of extending a period of time (pot life) from the mixing to the coating, and comprising (A) a polyester resin, (B) one or more of fluorine-containing organosilicon compounds having a fluorine content of 5 to 30% by mass, (C) one or more of aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds having hydroxyl group and 1 to 10 carbon atoms, in which a part of hydrogen atoms bonded to carbon atom may be substituted by fluorine atoms and/or one or more of alkoxy compounds having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, in which a part of hydrogen atoms bonded to carbon atom may be substituted by fluorine atoms, and (D) an organic solvent.

Coating composition

Branched silicone (organopolysiloxane) resins and preparation method and use thereof are provided, which contain at least one group selected from phosphonate and phosphinate groups and at least one organic group containing nitrogen. Such silicone resins can be used in thermoplastic, thermosetting or rubber organic polymer compositions to reduce the flammability of the organic polymer compositions.

Carbosiloxane dendrimers

A method for preparing organosilicon compounds comprises: 1) converting the Si-bonded alkoxy in an Si-bonded alkoxy-functional organosilicon compound to the diorganosilyl group by reacting the Si-bonded alkoxy-functional organosilicon compound with organodisiloxane with the general formula HR.sub.2 Si--O--SiR.sub.2 H, where R is a monovalent hydrocarbyl group of 1 to 10 carbon atoms, in alcohol-containing acidic aqueous solution; and subsequently 2) treating with a sulfonic acid catalyst and carboxylic acid. This method is able to convert all the alkoxy groups in the alkoxy-functional organosilicon compound to diorganosilyl. This method can be used to synthesize a high-purity carbosiloxane dendrimer having a narrow molecular weight distribution.
