A reinforcement extending in the front-back direction of a vehicle and connecting a rear side member and a center pillar is provided. The reinforcement includes a gusset, an intermediate connecting member, and a pillar-side member. The gusset is connected to the rear side member, and the front end portion of the gusset is connected to the rear surface of the intermediate connecting member. The front surface of the intermediate connecting member is connected to the rear end portion of the pillar-side member. The pillar-side member is connected to the center pillar.

Vehicle body structure of convertible vehicle

The present vehicle rear part structure includes: a rear cross member that extends in a vehicle width direction on a bottom of a vehicle, and is coupled to structural materials of both side parts of the vehicle; under braces that extend in the vehicle width direction, and couple the rear cross member, and the structural materials of both side parts of the vehicle; a pair of rear suspension towers that are provided in the both side parts of the vehicle, and support the pair of rear suspensions; and a room partition, having both ends in the vehicle width direction connected to the pair of rear suspension towers, and having an intermediate lower end in the vehicle width direction coupled to the rear cross member from an upper side. Coupling positions of the under braces and the rear cross member are below a coupling position of the room partition and the rear cross member.

Vehicle rear part structure

A wheel house unit structure is provided which has a wheel house including a curved surface portion, a circular cylindrical suspension tower provided at the curved surface portion, at the vehicle front side, of the wheel house, and a reinforcement member connected to the curved surface portion of the wheel house and to an outer circumference of the suspension tower. The reinforcement member has a ridge which connects the curved surface portion and the outer circumference of the suspension tower in a front-and-rear direction of the vehicle, and forms a closed cross section structure with the curved surface portion of the wheel house and the outer circumference of the suspension tower.

Wheel house unit structure

A vehicle door structure includes: a metal door outer panel that includes an outermost design surface of a vehicle door; a metal annular reinforcement that (i) is provided at a door inner side of the door outer panel, (ii) has an annular shape so as to extend along an outer peripheral portion of the door outer panel, and (iii) is joined to the outer peripheral portion of the door outer panel; at least one reinforcing member that extends in a door longitudinal direction and that is joined to the annular reinforcement; and a fiber-reinforced door inner panel that is provided at a door inner side of the annular reinforcement, and is fastened to the annular reinforcement.

Fastening structure

A vehicle door structure has: a door inner panel that is made of resin and that, together with a door outer panel, structures a door main body portion having a substantially closed cross-sectional shape; a beam having a main body portion, that extends in a door longitudinal direction, and an extended portion that is made of metal and is provided in continuation with a length direction end portion of the main body portion, the beam being disposed within the closed cross-section of the door main body portion; and a bent portion that is bendingly formed at the extended portion, and that, as seen in plan view, is disposed further toward a door thickness direction outer side than the frame main body portion.

A vehicle panel joint structure comprises a pair of vehicle panels formed of a first vehicle panel and a second vehicle panel that have different linear expansion coefficients to each other; a hemming portion that is formed by folding over an end portion at an outer edge portion of the first vehicle panel; a rib portion that is formed at a leading end of an end portion at an outer edge portion of the second vehicle panel, that projects out toward the hemming portion of the first vehicle panel, and that contacts the hemming portion; and an adhesive layer that is formed between the outer edge portions of the pair of vehicle panels, and that joins the outer edge portions together.
