A connector includes: a terminal fitting; an electric wire connected to the terminal fitting; a first housing in which the terminal fitting is stored, the first housing constituting a fitting part with a counterpart connector; a seal member disposed so as to surround an outer periphery of the first housing; a front holder mounted on the first housing so as to prevent the seal member from coming out from the first housing; and a second housing including a short terminal, the short terminal being configured to allow a fitting state with the counterpart connector to be detected. The second housing is attached to the first housing and retained by the front holder in a state in which the second housing is displaceable in a direction intersecting a fitting direction with the counterpart connector in a posture in which the short terminal faces the counterpart connector.

Connector

A connector includes: a terminal fitting; an electric wire connected to the terminal fitting; a housing in which the terminal fitting is stored; a shield shell disposed so as to surround an outer periphery of the housing; and a waterproof cover having a tubular shape and made of an elastic material, the waterproof cover being provided so as to surround an outer periphery of the shield shell and configured to be in close contact with the outer periphery of the shield shell. The shield shell is brought into close contact with a close-contact portion of the waterproof cover. The waterproof cover includes at least one protruding strip portion provided at the close-contact portion, the at least one protruding strip portion protruding from a tubular inner surface of the waterproof cover and extending in a peripheral direction.

A connector includes: a terminal fitting; an electric wire connected to the terminal fitting; a housing in which the terminal fitting is stored, the housing constituting a fitting part with a counterpart connector; a shield shell disposed so as to surround an outer periphery of the housing; and a seal member made of rubber and sandwiched between the housing and the shield shell. The seal member has a rubber hardness of 30 degrees or more and 50 degrees or less. A value obtained by dividing a compressed height, which is a difference between a first height of the seal member before being sandwiched between the housing and the shield shell and a second height of the seal member when being sandwiched between the housing and the shield shell, by the first height is 0.1 or more and 0.4 or less.

A conductor unit includes: a plurality of conductors each including a conducting portion covered with an insulating coating; an annular core that includes a first core constituent portion and a second core constituent portion combined with the first core constituent portion, and that interposes the conductors between the first core constituent portion and the second core constituent portion; and a holding member that makes the first core constituent portion and the second core constituent portion press and hold the conductors therebetween.

The connector device includes a first connector in which a first conductive member is housed in a first housing chamber, a second connector including a second housing chamber, and a cover, wherein the second housing chamber has a first housed position of the holding member of when an energization circuit is in an energized state, and a second housed position of the holding member of when the energization circuit is in a broken state, the holding member includes a non-contact portion that does not come into contact with a protruded body of the cover in a case of the first attachment state, and a pushed portion pushed by the protruded body to the second housed position in a case of the first housed position and in a case where the cover is attached in the second attachment state to the second opening.

An electrically conductive path connecting member includes a plurality of conductors and one pair of insulating holding members. The plurality of conductors respectively have bent parts in a longitudinal direction. The one pair of insulating holding members hold both end parts of the conductors.

The connector is provided with a connector housing () having a holder accommodating chamber (), and a rear holder (A), with an electric wire () inserted into an electric wire insertion hole () thereof, accommodated within the holder accommodating chamber (). The external diameter dimension (D) of the electric wire () is larger than the internal diameter dimension (D) of the electric wire insertion hole () of the rear holder (A), and the internal diameter dimension (D) of the holder accommodating chamber () of the connector housing () is smaller than the external diameter dimension (D) of the rear holder (A) with the electric wire () accommodated within the electric wire insertion hole ().

A waterproof connector includes a connector housing. The connector housing includes: a terminal housing part for housing a terminal; a core-wire housing part which is provided continuously to the terminal housing part and houses a core wire part of an electric wire; and a covered end insertion part into which a covered end of the electric wire is inserted. The covered end insertion part is provided with a waterproof partition wall, so that respective interiors of the core-wire housing part and the terminal housing part are kept in a waterproof state. The core-wire housing part is provided, around the core wire part, with a hollow part which allows the core wire part of an end of the electric wire to move freely within the core-wire housing part.

Waterproof connector

A connector includes: a plate-like terminal which is connected to an end of an electric wire; a rear connector in which the plate-like connector is accommodated; and a front connector in which a box-shaped female terminal that is connected to the plate-like terminal by being assembled to the rear connector and that is to be connected to a counterpart terminal of the electric device side is received. The plate-like terminal and the female terminal are connected by a connection terminal composed of a soft material capable of absorbing both positional displacement between the plate-like terminal and the female terminal and vibration of the plate-like terminal.

A housing-side lock part provided on a surface of a housing where an electric wire extraction part is formed and a protector-side lock part of a protector covering an outer circumference of the electric wire extraction part of the housing are engaged with each other and fix a shield shell to the housing through the protector, with a portion of the shield shell in contact with the surface of the housing where the electric wire extraction part is formed being sandwiched between the housing and the protector.

A retaining structure for a terminal fitting includes: a terminal fitting which has a cylindrical electric contact portion at a front end side and an electric wire connecting portion at a rear end side; a housing with which a cylindrical portion is integrally formed; a terminal accommodating chamber which is provided inwards of the cylindrical portion and which accommodates the terminal fitting with a moving gap left; and locking lances which are formed on a cylindrical wall portion of the cylindrical portion so as not to project from an outer circumferential surface thereof and which lock a lance locking portion of the terminal fitting which is inserted into the terminal accommodating chamber so as to retain the terminal fitting in such a way as to enable a radial movement of the terminal fitting while restricting a rearward withdrawal of the terminal fitting.

A connector according to an aspect of the invention is a connector provided with a rear connector that includes a rear housing, and a front connector that includes a front housing and that is assembled to the rear connector; the rear housing contains a terminal of a cable end, and the front housing contains a mating terminal to be connected to the terminal; and the rear housing is provided with a checking window through which the terminal is exposed to outside and a voltage of the terminal can be checked, and a waterproof lid which closes the checking window in a sealed state.
