There is provided a robot device including: a head portion coupled to a trunk; four leg portions on a front left, a front right, a rear left, and a rear right coupled to the trunk; a first indirect portion that tilts the head portion left and right; and a second joint portion that rotates, with respect to the trunk, one of the leg portions on the rear left and the rear right to a front side, and the other to a rear side. It is possible to faithfully reproduce the movement of the four-legged animal by providing the first joint portion and the second joint portion.

[Object] To propose an optical communication connector, an optical communication cable, and an electronic device being novel and improved that have excellent maintenance properties and can prevent parallel light (collimated light) from being directly emitted to the outside of an optical connector during non-optical coupling. [Solution] There is provided an optical communication connector device including: a collimating lens configured to collimate light from an optical transmission path; a refracting section arranged on a leading end side with respect to the collimating lens, and configured to refract and eject light from the optical transmission path ejected from the collimating lens; and a scattering section configured to scatter at least a part of the light ejected from the refracting section.

An optical communication connector, an optical communication cable, and an electronic device that have excellent maintenance properties and can prevent parallel light (collimated light) from being directly emitted to the outside of an optical connector during non-optical coupling. There is provided an optical communication connector device that includes a collimating lens configured to collimate light from an optical transmission path; a refracting section arranged on a leading end side with respect to the collimating lens, and configured to refract and eject light from the optical transmission path ejected from the collimating lens; and a scattering section configured to scatter at least a part of the light ejected from the refracting section.

[Solution] An optical communication connector according to the present disclosure includes: a collimating lens configured to collimate light from an optical transmission path; and a diffusion section arranged on a leading end side with respect to the collimating lens, and configured to diffuse the light from the optical transmission path output from the collimating lens. According to this configuration, in the optical communication in which insertion and removal are frequently performed, it is possible to achieve their safety during non-fitting at the same time while having an advantage because of a collimating signal since light from an optical transmission path is diffused.

A cartridge drive apparatus includes a holder, a lock plate, and a drive unit. The holder is configured to hold a cartridge inserted therein. The lock plate is attached with respect to the holder to be movable in one of an insertion direction and a discharge direction of the cartridge and includes a locking mechanism configured to lock the cartridge. The drive unit is configured to drive the holder and the lock plate in one of the insertion direction and the discharge direction of the cartridge.

A cartridge drive apparatus includes a hole detection lever and a hole detector. The hole detection lever is provided with a projection corresponding to an identification hole position of a first shell of a cartridge at an insertion completion position of the cartridge. The projection is supported with respect to the identification hole to be movable in an insertion direction. The movement of the projection in the insertion direction is limited depending on a position of a second shell separated from the first shell. The hole detector is configured to detect whether or not an identification hole is formed at an identification hole position depending on the amount of movement of the projection in the insertion direction.

A disk drive device includes: a rotary arm rotatable according to loading of a disk between a draw-in position and an eject position for ejecting the disk from a housing; a drive mechanism providing driving force for the rotary arm; a link arm mechanism interconnecting the rotary arm and the drive mechanism and rotating the rotary arm from an insertion position to the eject position when ejecting the disk; and a guide cam having a guide edge on which a guide projection of the link arm mechanism slides when ejecting the disk to rotate the rotary arm in an ejecting direction via the link arm mechanism, the guide projection moving around the guide cam from insertion to ejection of the disk. Engagement between the guide projection and the guide edge is released when a force opposite to a rotation direction is applied to the rotary arm when ejecting the disk.

Disk drive apparatus

The present invention is directed to an optical pick-up apparatus used for recording/reproduction of an optical disk, which comprises an optical pick-up () caused to undergo feed operation in the radial direction of optical disk (), and for performing write or read operation of information signals with respect to the rotating optical disk, and a flexible printed wiring board () having one end portion () connected to the optical pick-up, and the other end portion () provided in a manner extended in the feed direction of the optical pick-up. Disc drive units out of the tolerance for assembling errors are rejected by narrowing the skew regulation range for them. Such a disc drive unit comprises a base plate, an optical pickup for writing a signal on and/or reading a signal from the optical disc, a pair of guide shafts for allowing the optical pickup to slide in a radial direction of the optical disc, support means, each being adapted to support the corresponding one of the guide shafts by pinching the opposite ends of the guide shaft between itself and the base plate, urging members for urging the respective ends of the guide shafts in the sense of the height thereof, regulation members for regulating the supported positions of the ends of the guide shafts, a skew regulation means having respective bearing sections including respective holding holes for holding the respective urging members, respective guide slits for receiving and guiding the respective ends of the guide shafts and respective insertion holes exposed to the respective holding holes and applied to receive the respective regulation members and limiting sections arranged between the base plate and the corresponding respective support means and adapted to limit the respective movable ranges of the guide shafts driven to move by the respective skew regulation means in the sense of the height thereof.

There is provided a disk drive including a base chassis, a first optical pickup mechanism including a disk rotation drive disposed on the base chassis, first optical pickup unit to write and/or read data to and/or from a first optical disk and a first pickup moving mechanism to move the first optical pickup unit radially of the first optical disk, a second optical pickup mechanism disposed opposite to the first optical pickup mechanism and including a second optical pickup unit to write and/or read data to and/or from a second optical disk and a second pickup moving mechanism to move the second optical pickup unit radially of the second optical disk, and a controlling means for detecting the movement of one of the optical pickup units and moving the other optical pickup unit to make weight balancing of the base chassis. Thus, the base chassis weight is balanced while one of the two optical pickup units is being moved.

A common optical pickup can be mounted in any of disc drive units having respective pairs of oppositely disposed guide shafts that are separated from each other by different distances. The present invention provides an adaptor member for allowing an optical pickup currently mounted in a first disc drive unit having respective main shaft and sub shaft arranged oppositely relative to and in parallel with each other and separated from each other by a distance to be mounted in a second disc drive unit having respective main shaft and sub shaft arranged oppositely relative to and in parallel with each other and separated from each other by a distance, the distance separating the main shaft and the sub shaft of the first disc drive unit being smaller than the distance separating the main shaft and the sub shaft of the second disc drive unit, the adaptor member being adapted to be fitted to a second supporting section of the optical pickup mounted in the first disc drive unit, the second supporting section being formed with a guide groove for pinching the sub shaft and arranged opposite to a first supporting section formed with a guide hole for allowing the main shaft to run through it, the adaptor member having a guide groove for pinching the sub shaft of the second disc drive unit.

A disc drive apparatus comprises a housing; a disc-holding unit that holds an optical disc in the housing; a disc-driving mechanism that rotates the optical disc held by the disc-holding unit; an optical pickup that writes signals in, and reads signals from, the optical disc being rotated by the disc-driving mechanism; and a pickup-moving mechanism that moves the optical pickup in a radial direction of the optical disc.
